Thyme Kitchen + Craft Beer is the result of a two year project from the mind of Travis Mohlenbrink. His goal was to bring something new to the area, while providing guests with a unique experience from the moment they walk in the door. Mohlenbrink drew on experiences from his other successful restaurant ventures (such as Cracked Pepper, Cayenne, and Sugar Wood Fired Bistro) while crafting the menu and designing the interior. Thyme provides signature items, traditional offerings and exotic samplings, as well as vegetarian options. In addition to its quality food selection, Thyme boasts a selection of 40 craft beers, over 250 bourbons, hand crafted cocktails and an extensive wine list. Our distinctive decor and knowledgeable staff aim to give the central Illinois area a high quality, one of a kind culinary experience...
