Bradley N. Pollock

Bradley N. Pollock has been successfully representing people hurt or killed by the wrongful conduct of others for more than twenty-five years. He has secured numerous record-setting financial recoveries for his clients both at trial and through settlement, which have been featured in the news. Brad began his legal career in 1995 working as an insurance defense attorney in Chicago. He then elected to switch sides taking his defense experience and using it for the benefit of his injured plaintiff clients. Since that time, Mr. Pollock has dedicated himself to obtaining justice for his clients and, at the same time, promoting change to prevent future unnecessary injury or loss of life. Cameron J. Tober is an Associate Attorney at Taxman, Pollock, Murray & Bekkerman, LLC. From a family of military veterans and public servants, Cameron believes there is no substitute for hard work, nor greater service than fighting for those in need. Originally from St. Louis, Cameron is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and Missouri, and in 2021 and 2022 he was named a Top 40 Under 40 Chicago plaintiff's attorney by the National Trial Lawyers. For the year 2023, Cameron was selected as a Super Lawyers Illinois Rising Star, an honor awarded only 2.5% of qualifying attorneys. Prior to joining TPMB, Cameron practiced at a Chicagoland personal injury firm where he represented clients in a wide range of cases including motor vehicle collisions, trip/slip and falls, nursing home neglect, medical malpractice, construction negligence, civil rights violations, police misconduct and more. Casey Stanton

Casey works as TPMB's in-house critical care nurse consultant. With over 20 years of critical care experience, Casey applies her knowledge and experience in conducting reviews of medical malpractice cases. Casey plays an essential role in assisting the attorneys as they evaluate and litigate medical malpractice cases. Casey's career began in 1996 when she became a Certified Nurse Assistant working in nursing homes caring for the elderly population with Alzheimer's and dementia. She began working in the hospital setting in 1997 in the Intensive Care Unit as a patient care technician and a unit secretary. It was shortly after this that she pursued her degree as a Registered nurse. She completed her nursing degree in Kansas City in 2005 and her first position after obtaining her degree was in an Intensive Care Unit. Over time, Casey has worked at small local hospitals and large University hospitals. Her most recent and longest-lasting bedside position for the last 10 years was spent at a level 1 trauma hospital. Casey cared for patients undergoing all different high-level procedures and with very critical issues of life-threatening severity. Casey regularly worked closely with the critical care team including the critical care physicians, in order to provide care and treatment to the patients. Though this is a step away from the bedside, Casey believes nursing advocacy is needed in many other areas and is grateful to be able to provide this for the patients and their loved ones.

Growing up in a union home, Grant developed an admiration for the working man and woman and a passion for fighting against corporations and insurance companies. He has found his niche in Plaintiff's civil litigation. In his third year of law school, Grant joined Taxman, Pollock, Murray & Bekkerman as a law clerk. In that role he obtained hands-on experience and training, preparing him to transition right into the associate position. Prior to joining the team here, Grant worked at two other prestigious Chicago personal injury firms. He also spent one summer writing appellate briefs for the Illinois State's Attorney Appellate Prosecutor's office in the Second District of Illinois.
