Alexandra K. Evans is an Associate Attorney at Taxman, Pollock, Murray & Bekkerman, LLC, specializing in personal injury law. With admission to practice law in both Illinois and Indiana, Alex handles personal injury claims of all types, including those involving car accidents, pedestrian accidents, premises liability, and animal bites/attacks.
Before joining Taxman, Pollock, Murray & Bekkerman as an Associate Attorney, Alex began her career with the firm as a law clerk where she gained valuable experience and training which allowed for her to seamlessly transition into an Associate Attorney role.
Bradley N. Pollock has been successfully representing people hurt or killed by the wrongful conduct of others for more than twenty-five years. He has secured numerous record-setting financial recoveries for his clients both at trial and through settlement, which have been featured in the news. Brad began his legal career in 1995 working as an insurance defense attorney in Chicago. He then elected to switch sides taking his defense experience and using it for the benefit of his injured plaintiff clients. Since that time, Mr. Pollock has dedicated himself to obtaining justice for his clients and, at the same time, promoting change to prevent future unnecessary injury or loss of life.
Brad concentrates his legal practice in areas that include: wrongful death; catastrophic personal injury; traumatic brain injury; transportation/motor vehicle collisions; construction injuries; medical malpractice; products liability; premises liability; and nursing home neglect and abuse.
The Illinois Supreme Court has appointed Mr. Pollock, by order of the Court, to serve: (1) on its Supreme Court Character and Fitness Committee for the Second District of Illinois from 2010-2020 (acting as its Chair from 2013 to 2017); (2) on its Supreme Court Civil Jury Instruction Committee; and (3) as one of nine attorneys on the Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission (ARDC) Review Board.
The legal community has also recognized Mr. Pollock's accomplishments. In 2018 Brad was selected by Super Lawyers Magazine as one of the lawyers on its ‘The Top 100' list in Illinois for 2018 and 2019. ‘The Top 100' list consists of 100 lawyers selected from all areas of the legal practice throughout the State of Illinois. With over 90,000 lawyers in Illinois, it is quite a distinction. In 2016, Mr. Pollock was named "Lawyer of the Year" by the DuPage County Bar Association. Brad has been selected by his peers in Illinois as a "Super Lawyer" in personal injury since 2008 (a distinction given to less than 5% of lawyers in his field). A survey of Illinois lawyers conducted by the Law Bulletin Publishing Company has also named him a "Leading Lawyer" in personal injury (limited to less than 5% of lawyers in his field). Brad has been chosen as a "Top 100 Trial Lawyer" by the National Trial Lawyers since 2013. He also holds a "Superb" rating from AVVO.
Brad also serves on the Illinois State Bar Association Tort Section Council (acting as Chair from 2016-2017) and on the Civil Practice Section Council. At the request of the DuPage County Bar Association, Brad acted as the lawyer (general counsel) for the legal organization from 2011-2013 and again from 2018-2020. He is a Past President of the American Inns of Court, Robert E. Jones Chapter. Brad has given numerous lectures to fellow attorneys in the area of injury law, including outside of the State of Illinois. Cameron J. Tober is an Associate Attorney at Taxman, Pollock, Murray & Bekkerman, LLC. From a family of military veterans and public servants, Cameron believes there is no substitute for hard work, nor greater service than fighting for those in need.
Originally from St. Louis, Cameron is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and Missouri, and in 2021 and 2022 he was named a Top 40 Under 40 Chicago plaintiff's attorney by the National Trial Lawyers. For the year 2023, Cameron was selected as a Super Lawyers Illinois Rising Star, an honor awarded only 2.5% of qualifying attorneys. Prior to joining TPMB, Cameron practiced at a Chicagoland personal injury firm where he represented clients in a wide range of cases including motor vehicle collisions, trip/slip and falls, nursing home neglect, medical malpractice, construction negligence, civil rights violations, police misconduct and more.
He has successfully secured millions in settlements, awards, and verdicts on behalf of his clients. Cameron is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and the Chicago Bar Association. Cameron obtained his law degree from Loyola University Chicago. While in law school he clerked for the Cook County Public Defender's Office with the Homicide Task Force. Cameron also obtained his Rule 711 license and worked for the Loyola University Veteran's Clinic where he was an advocate for military veterans on various family law matters. He graduated with a special certification in advocacy for his focus on litigation and dispute resolution.
Outside of work Cameron is a devoted Dodger baseball fan, enjoys being active with his fiancé and their dog, and cherishes time spent with family.

Casey works as TPMB's in-house critical care nurse consultant. With over 20 years of critical care experience, Casey applies her knowledge and experience in conducting reviews of medical malpractice cases. Casey plays an essential role in assisting the attorneys as they evaluate and litigate medical malpractice cases.
Casey's career began in 1996 when she became a Certified Nurse Assistant working in nursing homes caring for the elderly population with Alzheimer's and dementia. She began working in the hospital setting in 1997 in the Intensive Care Unit as a patient care technician and a unit secretary. It was shortly after this that she pursued her degree as a Registered nurse. She completed her nursing degree in Kansas City in 2005 and her first position after obtaining her degree was in an Intensive Care Unit. Over time, Casey has worked at small local hospitals and large University hospitals. Her most recent and longest-lasting bedside position for the last 10 years was spent at a level 1 trauma hospital. Casey cared for patients undergoing all different high-level procedures and with very critical issues of life-threatening severity. Casey regularly worked closely with the critical care team including the critical care physicians, in order to provide care and treatment to the patients.
Though this is a step away from the bedside, Casey believes nursing advocacy is needed in many other areas and is grateful to be able to provide this for the patients and their loved ones.

Grant A. Bosnich is an Associate Attorney at Taxman, Pollock, Murray & Bekkerman, LLC. Growing up in a union home, Grant developed an admiration for the working man and woman and a passion for fighting against corporations and insurance companies. He has found his niche in Plaintiff's civil litigation.
In his third year of law school, Grant joined Taxman, Pollock, Murray & Bekkerman as a law clerk. In that role he obtained hands-on experience and training, preparing him to transition right into the associate position. Prior to joining the team here, Grant worked at two other prestigious Chicago personal injury firms. He also spent one summer writing appellate briefs for the Illinois State's Attorney Appellate Prosecutor's office in the Second District of Illinois.
Grant graduated in the top third of his class at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. During law school, Grant tutored Constitutional Law, served as President of the Loyola Law Democrats, worked as an Executive Editor on the Public Interest Law Reporter, and taught Civics and Law to sophomores at Al Raby High School in Garfield Park, Chicago. He also graduated cum laude from Loyola University Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics as a member of the Interdisciplinary Honors Program.
In 2022, Grant re-joined his alma mater as a part-time adjunct faculty member of the Loyola University School of Law where he co-teaches first year students.
Born and raised in DePue, IL, Grant now lives in West Town, Chicago. He is a proud alumni of Saint Bede Academy and serves as President of their Alumni Association. He also volunteers as Secretary for the Commercial Park Advisory Committee. In his free time, he follows Illinois high school basketball, supports the Loyola University Chicago basketball teams, and enjoys going to any of Chicago's great live music venues.
Haig A. Himidian is an associate attorney at Taxman, Pollock, Murray & Bekkerman. He practices personal injury law in all areas including cases arising from automobile collisions, bicycle crashes, premises liability, and work injuries. Jonathan D. Rosenfeld is of-counsel at Taxman, Pollock, Murray & Bekkerman. Mr. Rosenfeld has spent his entire legal career working to protect the interests of men, women, and children injured due to the carelessness of others. In addition to handling complex motor vehicle accidents, Mr. Rosenfeld's practice involves a significant number of incidents involving negligence at skilled nursing facilities and hospitals.
Mr. Rosenfeld firmly believes in taking a hands-on approach to his cases. In addition to regularly meeting with clients during the duration of their case, expert witnesses are regularly met with to discuss cases in person. This ‘roll up your sleeves' approach to the practice of law has resulted in a number of record-setting settlements and verdicts in favor of individuals and families. Jonathan D. Treshansky is a Partner at Taxman, Pollock, Murray & Bekkerman. Jonathan has been a trial lawyer practicing exclusively in the field of Plaintiff's personal injury since he began his career in 2012. Jonathan graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2009, earning his undergraduate degree in history. In 2012, Jonathan earned his law degree from DePaul University College of Law, where he concentrated his studies in trial advocacy and litigation.
Joshua D. Rubin is an associate with Taxman, Pollock, Murray, and Bekkerman, LLC, bringing with him extensive knowledge regarding medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, and other types of injury cases. Joshua takes pride in protecting the injured and helping them navigate an oftentimes difficult journey after suffering a catastrophic injury or loss.
Prior to joining Taxman, Pollock, Murray, and Bekkerman, Joshua spent his career defending claims against hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, and other practitioners at a premier national defense firm. This experience has given Joshua valuable insight into how the defense evaluates cases, works them up, and eventually determines whether to resolve a case or take it to trial. Joshua uses that knowledge to identify those factors that made him uncomfortable as a defense lawyer and utilize them to his advantage when seeking justice for his clients.
Joshua received his law degree from Loyola University School of Law located in Chicago, Illinois, and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. While in Law School, Joshua worked at the Cook County State's Attorney's Office as a 711 licensed attorney where he tried Bench Trials and argued against Motions to Suppress Evidence. This trial experience as a young lawyer has helped shape Joshua's career and interest in trial work.

Julie's other recent successes include a $2.5 million dollar jury verdict for a man involved in a disputed liability highway crash; a $3 million dollar medical negligence settlement during trial for the family of a man who suffocated to death after his tracheostomy tube became dislodged; a $2.5 million dollar settlement for a gentlemen who sustained rib fractures and respiratory distress as a result of a collision; a $2.3 million dollar settlement on the eve of trial for a mother and daughter who sustained vertebral fractures in a collision; a record settlement for a woman who developed a pressure ulcer at a nursing home; and $7 million dollar settlement for a union pipefitter who sustained career ending knee injuries at an unsafe construction site.
Julie received a Jury Verdict Reporter Trial Lawyer Excellence Award for a record $67 million jury verdict for a man who suffered severe and debilitating burns in a grain bin explosion while doing his job. Julie strives to help others achieve the security they lose when suffering from injury.

Kristin M. Johnson Holevas is an Associate Attorney at Taxman, Pollock, Murray & Bekkerman, LLC. Kristin concentrates her practice in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, and nursing home abuse and neglect. As a member of the Taxman, Pollock, Murray & Bekkerman team for two years prior to joining the firm as an associate, Kristin gained a passion for helping clients after a catastrophic injury. Kristin prides herself on approaching every client's case with the dedication, care, and tenacity she would extend to her nearest and dearest friends and family.
Kristin graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law where she was a merit scholarship recipient and on the Dean's List. While in law school, Kristin took part in Loyola's Mediation Practicum, participating in the Center for Conflict Resolution's forty-hour mediation training course. Through the Practicum and CCR, she conducted mediations for litigants involved in small claims matters at the Richard J. Daley Center. Patricia is a native of the West Englewood Community on the southside of Chicago. She graduated from Curie Metropolitan High School and continued her education at DePaul University, where she studied Sociology with a concentration in Crime, Law & Criminology and double minored in Political Science and Women & Gender Studies. Patricia attended DePaul University College of Law, where she focused her studies in litigation and was a member of the Mock Trial Team.
Patricia is a member and charter member of the Chicago Metropolitan Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta, Sorority, Inc., a Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers Division of the Cook County Bar Association, and a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Sarah graduated from Georgetown University with a M.S. in Physiology and Biophysics. She also worked in the medical industry as an orthopedic sales representative, where she regularly attended orthopedic surgeries. These experiences provided Sarah with the background necessary to understand complex medical issues, which she uses to maximize recovery for her clients.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys trying new restaurants, hiking, and exploring local parks with her family and two dogs.
