Alan has been an active contributor to the legal community. He is a member of the Maryland Bar Association, the Maryland Association for Justice, the Legislative Leaders Circle of the Maryland Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, the Prince George's County Bar Association, and the District of Columbia Bar Association.
Alan graduated from law school eager to fight for his clients' rights in the court of law and began doing so immediately. He has tried more than 250 cases in the various courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia and obtained favorable results. Alan has represented thousands of clients in various matters. His specialties are litigation and trial work, and he has appeared in nearly every court in Maryland and the District of Columbia on behalf of his clients.
Alan enjoys representing injured victims against the big and powerful insurance companies, who typically will try to do whatever they can to avoid paying a righteous claim. He always puts his client's rights first and is never satisfied until both he and his client agree that they have obtained a fair and just result.

Alan graduated from High Point University in North Carolina with bachelor's degrees in both political science and criminal justice, where he made Dean's List several times. He graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law where he served as an editor for two years on the University of Baltimore Environmental Law Journal and competed on the University of Baltimore Moot Court Team.

Guadalupe Saylor joined Timian & Fawcett in November 2022 as an associate attorney. She has a strong commitment and passion for helping others and has channeled that passion to develop her legal skills.
Guadalupe graduated from Georgetown University Law Center earning her Juris Doctor. As a student at Georgetown, she developed her litigation skills by serving as a student attorney at Georgetown's Environmental Law Clinic. She continued to develop her skills and understanding of different areas of law by working at an immigration firm in Maryland and completing an externship with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission while pursuing her Juris Doctor.
After obtaining her Juris Doctor, Guadalupe went on to complete a fellowship with the DC Affordable Law Firm and earned a Master of Law (LL.M.) from Georgetown University Law Center. During her fellowship, Guadalupe represented some of the most vulnerable members of our community in their family law and immigration matters.

Jason is no stranger to the DMV nor the courtroom. He is a full-service practitioner and approaches the law with a full-service attitude. Jason has the benefit of experience in all aspects of civil litigation, criminal misdemeanor and felony matters as well as administrative law proceedings. Prior to law school, Jason worked in a business role for a major U.S. railroad based in Jacksonville, Florida.
Jason practices in all areas of personal injury litigation, workers' compensation, business litigation and criminal defense. Jason joined Timian & Fawcett from one of the largest insurance companies in the United States and brings a unique view on the inside workings of an insurance carrier. In that role as in-house counsel, Jason successfully tried many jury trials in Maryland Circuit Court and has hundreds of District Court matters. He maintains professional relationships throughout the region and is efficient in helping clients resolve their problems.
Jason earned his bachelor's degree in English from Villanova University. He earned his master's degree in Marketing from West Virginia University. He graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida and has an advanced law degree (Master of Laws in Business & Finance) from The George Washington University Law School.
Jason resides suburban Maryland with his beautiful wife and daughter.
