Dr. Gil Brady is an executive team development expert. In addition to his leadership role at Core Strengths, he consults and coaches executives to become relationally intelligent leaders. His clients have included Anheuser-Busch, Harley Davidson, New York Life, Abbvie, R1 RCM, and Xylem. Gil graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1987. After serving in the military, his career in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology brought him to the Bay Area, where he eventually served as Senior Director of Sales and Marketing for Elan Pharmaceuticals. After the birth of his second son, Gil changed careers and worked as a Junior High School Math Teacher and was promoted to K-6 principal for Pinewood School in Los Altos, CA. While completing his doctorate in Executive Leadership, Gil founded Relationship Impact, a leadership development firm focused on Executive Team Development. From July 2018 to July 2022, Gil served as the President of Nativity Prep Academy of San Diego, San Diego's only all-scholarship school focused on serving students from low-income situations who will be among the first generation in their families to graduate from college. During his time as President, Nativity Prep purchased, remodeled, and paid off all debt on a new campus that opened in 2021. Absolutely love Gil, amazing speaker and hopefully we can have someone like him again next year. Gil's presentation helped us to see how others within our management team handle conflict and how to better understand each other.

Tim Scudder has spent most of his professional life studying and teaching about personality and working relationships. While he began his career in accounting, his work performing audits and performance monitoring for workplace training agencies soon sparked his interest in the power of human potential and relationship awareness theory. That led to his work with Core Strengths, a global talent and development company. Tim has a great method for teaching the Core Strengths materials. He really opened my eyes to different communication methods I may not have even known I was using. I will definitely take this back to my team and start implementing Core Strengths immediately.
