Ann is an experienced programme and project management delivery professional who has 30 years' experience working across all facets of project and programme and management including leading and delivering organisation change projects, programmes and business consulting services across both public sector and private sector organisations. Her breadth of experience spans working on technology projects from both the customer and supplier side, with significant experience working with the Te Uru Rākau NZ Forestry Service and Ministry of Education.

Baileigh Southon

Since joining Tregaskis Brown, Baileigh has demonstrated her aptitude for accelerating her learning of management consulting at such an early point in her career. She has begun building strong foundational skills that serve her well as a management consultant. Some of her best strengths include her proactive attitude for delivering for results, positive attitude to learning, and enthusiasm for working with others. Baileigh thoroughly enjoys working with central and local government agencies, as it gives her an opportunity to support these organisations to perform optimally - to achieve better outcomes for New Zealanders. During her tenure thus far with Tregaskis Brown, Baileigh has supported projects for New Zealand Defence Force and Wellington Water. Her experience also reaches the Not-For-Profit realm, with recent capability uplift being provided to the Public Health Association of New Zealand (PHANZ). Bridget Ryley

Bridget is an experienced consultant specialising in portfolio, programme and project management. She quickly gets to grips with the detailed requirements of each new assignment, while keeping the client's overall goals firmly in her sights. She has proven to be a safe pair of hands, able to effectively lead and manage projects in changing environments. Since joining Tregaskis Brown in 2004, Bridget has worked with a diverse range of public and private sector clients, on internal and interagency initiatives. Her experience ranges from planning and implementing frontline delivery changes through to internal capability and business process improvement. Bridget has an excellent reputation for the high standard of papers, plans and reports she produces for her clients. This ranges from analytical or evaluative papers as well as policy papers for executive team approval through to processes, guidelines, and communications collateral for staff. She is skilled and efficient in writing to prescribed formats and/ or to suit a particular audience. Bridget has completed the Management of Portfolios (MoP) Foundation course and is an Accredited PRINCE2™ Practitioner.
