Al Bashlor has been with the Power Connection for a short time and brings 10 plus years of general contracting experience to his position.
Al is a student of people management and uses his skills to develop a team environment.
In his free time, he enjoys woodworking and creating custom knives.
Bobby Swink has been with the Power Connection since 2020. He has a degree in Mechanical Design Technology and brings with him 25 years of experience in the electrical field.
His favorite part of work is watching a project put together from the design stage to seeing the finished product.
In his free time he enjoys watching sports and spending time with his friends and family.

Bruce Shank has been with The Power Connection since 2003. He is a Class A Contractor that started in the industry in 1986 doing HVAC installation and design. In 2002 he made the move to generator installation.
Bruce's favorite part about his work is providing quality design and installation for all of his customers. He also appreciates working with his team spirited co-workers.
In his free time he enjoys camping with his kids and bow-hunting elk out West.
David Black started with The Power Connection in 2022. David has a Bachelor of Arts in accounting and a Master's in business administration. He has over 20 years of experience in public accounting.
David enjoys developing comprehensive strategies to help the business grow.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, reading, and working puzzles.
Harold Via started with The Power Connection in January 2022. He has 30 total years in the electrical trade and 20 years as a Project Manager. He has experience in commercial, industrial, medical, and sports facilities.

Jennifer Estep has been with The Power Connection since 2020.
Before working in the generator service industry she worked in
Jimmy Dove has been with The Power Connection since 2017. He is a Class B Contractor that has been in the industry since 2004. He also has a Master Electrical license.
He enjoys meeting new people and designing electrical emergency systems.
In his free time, he enjoys fly fishing and spending time with his family.
John Wilson has been with The Power Connection since 2020. Since joining The Power Connection, he has been focused on building the service team and expanding our reach and depth of service the company can provide.
Jordan has been with The Power Connection since 2015. Before purchasing The Power Connection he was a dairy farmer for 16 years.
Jordan's favorite part of the job is working with his team to achieve goals that benefit the community. He says he "enjoys knowing that because of the services that we offer, we can help protect our customers from inconvenience or loss during a difficult weather event or a power outage."
During his free time, Jordan reads, hunts, and spends quality time with his family.

Lori has been with The Power Connection since 2015. Before coming to work in the power generation industry, she worked in office management and benefits administration for over 20 years and has also worked in several large government contracting companies in their engineering, marketing and contracts departments.
Lori enjoys the diversity that The Power Connection offers and being able to help the community when the power goes out.
In her free time she helps her family with their paperwork, hosts family dinners and always finds time to read a good book.
