He spent a large portion of his career in Toronto, working with major agencies, serving Fortune 500 clients like Unilever, Microsoft, Nespresso, Pepsico, Diageo, and more. Roger excels in client leadership and is highly skilled in spearheading cross-functional teams to develop innovative and engaging marketing initiatives, all while maintaining stringent operational and executional efficiency.
Young is a hands-on business leader, renowned for his vision and innovation. He co-founded TSB Communications in 2011 alongside his brother, Won. Originally conceived as a B2B telecommunications marketplace, the company swiftly grew to become a major player in the category. Today, TSB Communications stands as a multi-disciplinary agency, encompassing digital marketing, video production, 3D visualization, and e-commerce among its areas of expertise.
