TSSANDS - Key Persons
Jason leads the TSS technology team to improve business processes and achieve operational efficiencies via the digital transformation of TSS and the broader proppant supply chain. The TSS technology team is responsible for the development of our proprietary SandDrive software platform and our IoT infrastructure.
Jason joined TSS in December of 2017. Previously, he managed technology investments at Longhorn Capital Partners from 2011 to 2017. Prior to Longhorn Capital Partners, he managed investments across multiple asset classes and strategies for a family office of the HL Hunt family. He began his career in sell-side equity research covering the Enterprise Software industry at Banc of America Securities and WR Hambrecht + Co.
Jason received a B.A. in Economics and a Minor in Computer Science from Duke University. He received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Lynn manages the finance, accounting and payroll functions at TSS including financial analysis, cash management, financial statement preparation and tax compliance.
Lynn joined TSS in June of 2019. Previously, Lynn worked as Director of Accounting for KMG Chemicals, Inc. Before that, she was Director of Financial Reporting for FTS International. She has extensive experience in financial reporting, corporate accounting, SOX compliance, financial analysis and system implementations.
Lynn has a BBA in Accounting from Midwestern State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
Stuart leads our core business strategy and manages the executive team. He previously led our finance and commercial functions after joining TSS in December of 2018.
Prior to TSS, he spent 6 years at Surveyor Capital (a Citadel Company), where he ran a multi-billion dollar oil and gas investment portfolio. Over his career, Stuart has spent a decade as a focused, Upstream O&G investment analyst. He also worked at Plural Investments, Catapult Capital (a Millennium Company), and Credit Suisse.
Stuart received a B.A. in English and an MBA from Texas Christian University.
Tye Terry joined TSS in November 2010. His role in the development of our infrastructure included design and buildout of multiple rail terminals and truck yards across the U.S. Tye held the position of General Manager until being moved to VP of Infrastructure in 2018.
Prior to TSS, Tye was General Manager for TNT Electric, a North Texas-based company that served light and heavy industrial, rock/sand mines, and the Telecom Industry covering all major carriers. He served as Project Manager for General Motors Off-Road Race Team that campaigned vehicles in the Baja 100 and Pikes Peak International Hill Climb.
