Veleda Services was established in 2004 to provide consulting and training services to maintenance departments in industrial plants and institutions... We help our clients to identify and implement maintenance improvements that go straight to the bottom line, based on a logical, structured approach. Our focus is to ensure that tradespeople are always assigned to the highest-value work and execute it in a way that results in a reliable, low-cost operation, and that contractors are equally well managed. Unlike many maintenance "improvements", we ensure that any changes pass the critical test of being recognized and appreciated by tradespeople and their supervisors as helping them to do a better job of supporting the organization...
