Drew joined our Valley Forge Captive Advisors office as a Business Insurance Executive in April 2022. In this role he handles a book of business spanning a variety of industries and works closely with the rest of the VFCA team.
Drew is a graduate of Temple University's Risk Management and Insurance Program and interned with RLI Insurance Company while in college. Later he spent five years with Ironshore Specialty Insurance Company as an Environmental Production Specialist, followed by three years with Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Project Manager. In 2021 Drew also earned his MBA from Temple.
Originally from Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, Drew now resides in Fishtown, Philadelphia with his cat, Tony. He helps mentor Temple students in the Risk Management and Insurance Program. In his spare time, Drew enjoys golfing, fishing, bike riding, and playing tennis. He also coaches softball and kickball teams and enjoys cooking.

Eric is the Vice President/Principal of McConkey's subsidiary, Valley Forge Captive Advisors which specializes in group captive insurance programs for middle market clients.
Eric has more than 25 years' experience in the insurance industry. He has more than 15 years of brokerage experience with group captives and 5 years at Zurich as an Enterprise Marketing Manager and underwriter. Eric also held underwriting positions with ACE and CIGNA.
Eric graduated with honors from Drexel University in 1994, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, majoring in marketing and finance. He lives in Malvern with his daughter, Katie, and son, Parker.
In his spare time, Eric enjoys bicycling, outdoor activities and travel.

Gary is President of McConkey's subsidiary, Valley Forge Captive Advisors which specializes in group captive insurance programs for middle market clients.
Gary has 32 years of experience in the insurance industry, working in underwriting and management with CIGNA and Reliance Insurance Company, as well as brokerage experience with group captives.
Gary is a 1983 graduate of Widener University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He lives in Chester Springs with his wife, Kathy. They have a daughter, Michelle, and son, Greg, who both graduated from Penn State, and work in the insurance industry.
In his spare time, Gary enjoys golf, reading and travel.

Greg joined our Valley Forge Captive Advisors branch in April 2021 after seven years as a middle market underwriter at Zurich. Growing up in an insurance family, he knew from a young age he wanted to make his own career in this industry. Born and raised in the Exton area, Greg attended Penn State, where he earned a degree in Risk Management with a minor in Business Law.
Today Greg lives in the Philadelphia area. In his spare time he enjoys golf and hockey (especially the Philadelphia Flyers!), hiking, and making his own pizza.

Josh joined our Valley Forge Captive Advisors division as a Business Insurance Executive in May 2022. In this role he handles a book of business spanning a variety of industries and works closely with the rest of the VFCA team.
Josh comes to us with more than seventeen years' insurance experience, primarily with Gallagher Basset, where he was most recently Vice President of Client Services in their Group Captive Division. In this role, Josh supervised more than twenty Client Service Managers providing service to over 35 Group Captive programs. He also possesses his Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Associate in Claims (AIC) designations.
Raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Josh is a graduate of Lindenwood University and still resides in the area today with his wife, Lyn, and their sons, Luke and Carter.
When he isn't working, Josh enjoys golfing, fishing, and both playing and coaching volleyball.

Kristina joined the McConkey team in November 2015 as the Client Services Supervisor with Valley Forge Captive Advisors. She brings many years of experience in Captive and Commercial Lines insurance.
Kristina attended Temple University, majoring in International Relations and did a Latin American Studies semester in Mexico.
Kristina and her husband live in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania with their child. She comes from a very large family- her mom being 1 of 11 children- so she has family all around the US and the world.
In her spare time, Kristina loves traveling, cooking, visiting craft breweries, and reading as many books as she can get her hands on.

Michelle is a Client Service Manager of McConkey's subsidiary, Valley Forge Captive Advisors, LLC which specializes in group captive insurance programs for middle market clients.
Michelle has been involved in the insurance industry since 2013, working for both a broker and a carrier, giving her insight to the many facets of the business.
She is a 2012 graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Therapy and Audiology. She lives in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania with her husband, Matt, and daughter, Mia.
In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with friends and family, doing outdoor activities, traveling, and cooking.

Olivia joined our Valley Forge Captive Advisors team as Administrative Assistant in January 2021. She is a 2020 graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management. During a summer internship several years ago, Olivia was first introduced to the insurance business and is excited to rejoin the industry now that she has a degree under her belt!
Olivia resides in the Phoenixville area. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, yoga and spending time with family.
