West Coast Construction and Mechanical (WCCM) is a licensed general engineering contractor with offices in Bakersfield and Taft. Our company was established in 2010 with an aim to provide construction and maintenance services to a variety of industries in Central and Southern California. The company is owned and operated by Kal Vaughn, President. Kal has been a California licensed state contractor since 1982. We are fortunate to have a highly qualified and experienced team to help run our company.
