Experiences elicit emotions, thoughts, and actions in an audience, bringing forth consciousness and awareness to our surroundings and within ourselves. Through the senses, an experience can provide new perspectives or concepts undiscovered through the eyes of another. Through my art, I strive to harness the power of an experience to immerse the audience within a physical or visual space that provokes dialogue and consciousness, whether externally with the environment or internally within themselves. Working primarily with installation sculpture, I strive to create immersive environments that activate the senses, using materials as a reference to my concept.
