Prior to Western Equipment Solutions, Christians held several positions with Komatsu Mining as a Rebuild Technician, Electrical Rebuild Technician/Machinist, and Rebuild Planner/Expediter. Previous to Komatsu, he was with Hoj Innovations as a Crane and Conveyor Field Service Technician. He is here to bridge the gap between management, sales, and service and specializes in rebuilding services for heavy equipment.
Colby started working for Komatsu Mining at the age of 18. He specialized in the rebuilding of wheel motor transmissions for haul trucks. Four years later he is proficient at trouble shooting most heavy equipment and thoroughly enjoys the foundation drilling industry.
Educated in Geology and with more than 2 decades of experience as a driller and hydrologist, Craig consults on a variety of projects involving geotechnical, environmental, foundation and exploratory drilling. Craig specializes in small diameter drilling projects and is our TEI expert.

With nearly 20 years in sales and service, he is a hands-on representative who is passionate about providing prompt, quality solutions to all of our customers.

Considered the right-hand assistant to the sales team, Destiny diligently drafts machine and tooling quotes. She has been with Western for seven years because she's meticulous in maintaining the sales activity data base, purchasing machine orders, updating tooling inventory and assisting in transportation logistics for equipment sales.
As a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional, Erinn is responsible for account receivables and payables as well as coordinating all accounts outside service and system implementation teams. She has been meeting the accounting needs of companies for the past 20 years. Her sincere interest and experience will quickly get you the answers you need!
Beau has 18 years of experience operating and managing onsite drilling operations. He's specialized in a wide variety of deep foundation equipment including rock rills, rigs and ancillary equipment.

He has an exceptional ability to assemble the exact equipment package you need to get the job done. John also served 8 years with an honorable discharge from the United States Marine Corps Reserves.
Lee has multiple decades of mechanic and problem solving experience. He is a very dedicated and a hard working team player. Fluent in Spanish, he's always a go to guy!
Matt has been working as a spare parts manager and inventory manager for 23 years. He currently controls over 2 million dollars in inventory. Matt has attended multiple training and technical courses throughout the years. He is dedicated to servicing the customer and proactively maintaining the equipment they invest in.

Neil has nearly 25 years of experience in the construction industry, with the last 15 focusing on the piling and foundations sector. Neil is a Journeyman Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician with extensive experience in maintenance management, equipment planning and service operations.
Rich joined the Western Equipment Solutions team in 2017 and specializes in rentals and consignment rentals. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Geography and is a graduate of the DEA Academy. Rich retired as a Supervisory Special Agent after a decorated career in Federal Law Enforcement.

Steve is a registered Professional Geologist with over 35 years of experience in mining, exploration and resource management. He has been involved in the ground engineering industry for more than 20 years, through sales, service matching equipment and design technology.
With 4 years in the foundation industry, Troy has been working on Soilmec, Junttan, Manitowoc, and Mantis Cranes. He also has 5 years of experience working in the ag industry as a technician as well.
Tyler has 6 years of mechanic and problem solving experience. He has a background in locksmithing and custom fabrication.
