Allison Martinez is the Clinical Research Manager at West End Plastic Surgery. As CRC, she is responsible for the planning and management of studies, enrollment, maintenance, training initiatives, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations. Above all else, and along with the principal investigator (PI), Allison is responsible for ensuring the protection and well-being of patients who decide to participate in our studies. Gaby is a dedicated Physician Assistant here at West End Plastic Surgery, working with our preoperative and postoperative patients. Graduating from Shenandoah University, she obtained her master's in physician assistant studies and was recognized for her outstanding academic achievement with the James R. and Mary B. Wilkins Physician Assistant Studies Award. After graduation, Gaby started her career in family medicine, where she honed her skills and developed a strong foundation for providing exceptional patient care. Having developed a passion for skincare and cosmetics during her clinical rotations in Dermatology and Cosmetics, Gaby welcomed the opportunity to bring her education, skills, and experience to West End Plastic Surgery. Immersed in the surgical practice of aesthetics, she cherishes every moment of her career, ensuring her patients receive the utmost care and attention in their pursuit of beauty and well-being. Beyond the world of aesthetic medicine, Gaby enjoys music, the art of cooking, exploring DC's culinary scene and spending quality time with family and friends.

Jessica Stevenson

John Bing

John Bing, CRNA is the Region 6 Director of the AANA as well as the President of the Diversity Nurse. He is the owner and founder of an independent anesthesia practice, J. Bing and Associates Anesthesia Services. He has provided anesthesia for independent practices, hospitals, and outpatient centers for greater than twenty- five years. He is a graduate of both the University of the District of Columbia and George Washington University's School of Nurse Anesthesia. Since graduating, his work experience includes The University of Maryland's Shock Trauma Center, Johns Hopkins University as an independent practitioner for the department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, as well as various independent practices in office base settings and outpatient ambulatory centers. He was the first CRNA to be appointed by Maryland's Governor Martin O'Malley, to the Board of Nursing. He has served two consecutive terms, as the President of the Maryland Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA), and the Chair of their Political Action Committee. Currently, he serves as the Chair for the University of Maryland School of Nursing Board of Visitors, the first nurse anesthetist to assume the position. John's talents extend beyond the conventional operating room to the makeshift ORs in Central America where he provides anesthesia for the under-served children in need of plastic and reconstructive surgery. John mentors the next generation of under-represented minority nurse anesthetists and most recently, his accomplishments were highlighted in the prestigious Washingtonian Magazine, and Minority Nurse Magazine.

His reputation for excellent surgical outcomes and compassionate patient care attracts numerous patients from not only all over the DMV area but nationally and internationally as well. Throughout his residencies, Dr. Ruff has been recognized for exceptional skill and compassionate care as a plastic surgeon. He was awarded the Gould Award from Washington Hospital Center and the Chairman's Prize at UCSD. Dr. Ruff was appointed Assistant Professor of Clinical Plastic Surgery by the Georgetown University Office of Faculty and Academic Affairs based on recommendation of the Department Chair and Committee on Appointments and Promotions of the School of Medicine. In addition, he has been featured on ABC's Bachelor in Paradise and Fox 5 News.

Rahma Scott

Rahma Scott is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant with over 10 years of experience. She graduated from Howard University's Physician Assistant Program and has advanced training in neuromodulators, fillers, PRP therapies, chemical peels, and lasers. Rahma is also a National Laser Trainer and trains medical practices across the country on lasers and other energy-based devices. Her goal is to help people feel more confident and beautiful inside and out! She is committed to providing an inclusive medical space where patients are respected, feel safe, and are educated about their treatments. Rahma first developed a passion for Aesthetic Medicine due to her personal struggles with adult cystic acne in her early 20s. Once she began adding medical-grade skin care products, chemical peels, lasers, and microneedling into her skincare routine, she saw significant improvements. Her acne flares reduced in frequency, scars became less visible, and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation improved. She now loves to bring the same care and attention she gave to her own skin to help others on their skincare journey.
