Caelen King

Former Vice President of Product at NewBay Software, Caelen was a key member of the executive management team that revolutionized the Mobile Operator market with social mobile web applications. During his tenure, NewBay launched 5 product lines, built their user base to over 10 million and were deployed in 4 Continents with the largest and most prestigious mobile network operators. Before joining NewBay Software, Caelen led the marketing of Baltimore Technologies' (London:BLM) flagship product, UniCERT. Caelen had complete responsibility for formulating and delivering marketing strategies targeted at geographic and vertical markets. During this period UniCERT's software revenue grew from under $1million to in excess of $40m. While at Baltimore Technologies, Caelen was also responsible for the product management of new product lines. He is an avid rock-climber, as clinging for dear life to the side of a mountain is a relaxing break from being on the board of WhatClinic.

David Roe - CEO

David Roe is Vice President of Product at WhatClinic.com where he is responsible for the strategic direction and engineering of WhatClinic.com's search engine and website. Previously David Roe was Senior Manager at AOL where he was responsible for delivering global web applications for the AOL group, including; Search, Retail Shopping and Financial Products. During his tenure at AOL, David's product lines' revenue was recorded in billions of $US. Before AOL, David was a Project Manager at Accuris (TE Software). David is an Hons Graduate of Computer Science from Trinity College. He only owns two jumpers, which he's been alternating since 1981. He has a chronic board game habit.

DG David Gault

David Gault qualified at Edinburgh University, trained in Plastic Surgery in London, and gained further experience in Paris, California and Japan. He was Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Mount Vernon Hospital, Northwood, Middlesex and The Hospital for Sick Children, Great Ormond Street, London, England, and Honorary Senior Lecturer at University College, London. A Visiting Professor, he set up the UK's first ear reconstruction centres over twenty years ago. He now works solely in private practice, based in and around London, for both adults and children. A talented artist and sculptor, he is an international authority on skin lasers and ear reconstruction, and has a particular interest in the causes and correction of failed cosmetic surgery of all types. He uses both conventional surgery and lasers for the skin resurfacing, and the removal of skin lesions. birthmarks, unwanted filler material, keloids and tattoos in order to provide the best possible aesthetic result. He acts as an expert witness in personal injury and clinical negligence cases.

Dr. Elisabeth Dancey has been practising cosmetic medicine for over 20 years and is now joined by Dr Ruth Harker and Dr Sarah Tonks at Bijoux Medi Spa. Through this her love for Aesthetic medicine grew. She introduced aesthetic procedures to pre and postoperative patients. Hannah completed her medical aesthetic training with the Royal Society of Medicine. Hannah attends regular training and seminars to ensure she always keeps her knowledge and treatments up to date. As the Founder of The Aesthetic Club London she is driven to provide a Nurse-led medical aesthetic clinic. Maurice Roche

Maurice Roche is a General Partner with Delta Partners having joined Delta in 1995. He has over 25 years experience of advising and investing in early stage technologies companies, 20 of those as a Venture Capitalist. Maurice serves as a non-executive director of a number of companies including Cleverbug, Digit Games Studios, Homestays, Hullomail, Tango Telecom, textHELP, WhatClinic.com and Zapa Technology. He was also previously a non-executive director of Xiam Technology Limited sold to Qualcomm (NASDAQ: QCOM), Pxit sold to Agilent (NYSE: A), O'Leary's (sold to Gehe, now Celesio Group) and Polarlake sold to Bloomberg. A graduate of University of Limerick in Business Studies, he holds a postgraduate degree from University College Dublin and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. He is a former Chairman of the Irish Venture Capital Association (July 2011 to June 2012). He was a member of the Research Prioritisation Project Steering Group which was chaired by Jim O'Hara (October 2010 to September 2011). This group was asked to make recommendations to Government on areas of focus for the next phase of Ireland's science, technology and innovation strategy. The report was published by Forfas in March 2012.

Prior to founding NewBay, Paddy was executive VP of Marketing and Product Management at Baltimore Technologies where he was instrumental growing Baltimore to become a public company valued at over $14bn. He was previously Chairman of Web Reservations International (Hostelworld.com) which was sold in 2009 for over 200m. Previous to this, Paddy was co-founder and CEO of East Coast Software. He has a first-class honours degree in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin and completed the Leadership4Growth programme at Stanford University. He is also a Director of Asavie Ltd and Chairman of Homestay.com.

Paul McKeon is founder and former CEO of Propylon Limited. Paul is also a former director of Newbay Software Limited. Paul is currently Chairman of Propylon and a non-executive director with Newgame Technology T/A Swrve and the AMCS Group. Paul is the senior partner in Hogan & Associates Chartered Accountants and is a founder director of Mianach Venture Capital. Paul is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
