Dr. Abeer Darwish is Specialist Pediatrician at Wellness One Day Surgery Center. She is board certified by the Arab Board of Pediatrics in 2005. She received her post-graduate degree in pediatrics in 2003 from the University of Aleppo, Syria. She completed her Bachelor of Medicine from the University of Aleppo, Syria in 1998. She is a registered Pediatrician in Abu Dhabi and Syria.
With nineteen years of experience in Pediatrics, Dr. Darwish has deep insights working across hospitals in Syria and the UAE treating pediatric medical conditions. Before joining Wellness One Day Surgery Center, her last appointment was at Mediclinic, Abu Dhabi as Specialist Pediatrician and Head of Department for fifteen years up to 2022. Dr. Dhananjay Kumar Singh is Specialist in Anesthesiology at Wellness One Day Surgery Center. Completing his medical graduation in 1992, he went on to specialize in Anesthesiology from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, India in the year 2000. Subsequently, he completed subspecialist certification in cardiac anesthesia from Sanjay Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, India in 2003 and became a fellow of the National Heart Center in Singapore in cardiac anesthesiology in 2009. He is a licensed anesthesiologist in Abu Dhabi and India.
Dr. Singh has more than two decades of experience in anesthesiology, of which he gained seven years in the UAE at prominent healthcare institutions including Medeor Hospital, Mafraq Hospital, and Bareen International Hospital before joining Wellness One Day Surgery Center in 2020. His professional responsibilities covered a wide spectrum of functions including teaching and research, managing clinical administration, and having a direct clinical practice.
Dr. Singh interfaced extensively in cases related to cardiology, orthopedics, pediatrics, urologic, obstetrics and gynecology, ophthalmic, plastic and reconstructive, neurosurgery, ORL/ENT, GI, as well as complex transplant surgeries of heart, lung, kidney, liver. Dr. Emadeldin Elsobky is Consultant Urologist at Wellness One Day Surgery Center. He completed his specialization as MD in Urology at Mansoura University, Egypt in 2002 and remains a licensed Consultant Urologist in Egypt. He furthered his knowledge with a diploma in laparoscopic surgeries from Strasburg University, France in 2006 and is a Fellow of European Board of Urology (FEBU) since 2007.
Before joining the team at Wellness, Dr. Elsobky worked at Mediclinic Alnoor Hospital Abu Dhabi as its founding member and Director of Urology Department for nineteen years until 2022. His career in Urology and Nephrology began at Mansoura University, Egypt where he worked for nearly a decade on urologic cases including endoscopic procedures, minimally invasive urologic procedures, uro-oncology, urinary diversions, and renal transplants. He trained further in Italy in the year 2000 learning endoscopic procedures and laparoscopic procedures. With nearly three decades in the field of Urology, Dr. Elsobky has significant contributions to the field of urology authoring or co-authoring numerous peer reviewed publications and is a member of international urological associations.
Dr. Ghiath Sandouk is a Consultant Pediatrician-Allergist at Wellness One Day Surgery Center. Dr. Sandouk specialized in Pediatric Allergy and Pulmonology from the French Board of Allergology in 1992 while initially qualifying in 1990 with the French Board of Pediatrics and Neonatology. He holds medical license from the French Medical Council and DOH in UAE as Consultant Pediatrician. In year 1984, he got his qualification as a medical doctor from Damascus University in Syria. He is also a member of European and American Societies of Pediatric Allergies and Respiratory Diseases.
With three decades of experience in Pediatrics, Dr. Sandouk has deep insights working across hospitals in France and the UAE treating general pediatric problems and respiratory diseases like asthma, allergic rhinitis, and allergic diseases like urticaria, eczema and food allergies. Before joining Wellness One Day Surgery Center, his last appointment was at Gulf Diagnostic Center Hospital, Abu Dhabi as Consultant Pediatrician and Head of Department for nineteen years up to 2021. He also worked at general hospitals and universities in France as specialist in Pediatrics for fifteen years before moving to Abu Dhabi in 1997.

Dr. Mohamed Ismail is a Specialist Radiologist at Wellness One Day Surgery Center. He obtained his master's degree in radiodiagnosis from Cairo University, Egypt, completing his residency program in 1998, following his medical graduation (MBBCh) in 1992. Licensed in both Egypt and the UAE, Dr. Ismail has made significant contributions across various sectors, including government, semi-government, and private hospitals in the UAE.
With a wealth of experience that spans over two decades, Dr. Ismail has held key positions in renowned institutions, such as NMC Group, Ministry of Health in Sharjah, RAK Hospital, and Ibrahim bin Hamad Obaid Allah Hospital, where he served as the Head of the Radiology Department. His expertise extends to utilizing a diverse range of imaging methods, including X-rays, Ultrasound, Doppler, MRI, CT, Densitometry, and Mammography. Dr. Muhamad Akhal is Specialist Orthopedic Surgeon at Wellness One Day Surgical Center.
He completed his qualification as MBBS from Damascus University, Syria in the year 1993 and granted specialist status in Orthopedics by the Ministry of Health, Syria in 2001. He is registered as Orthopedic Surgeon in MOH, Syria and DOH, UAE.
Dr. Akhal has over two decades of experience in orthopedics. Case-logging over 10,000 surgeries and procedures in the field of orthopedics, Dr. Akhal is well-versed in surgical and therapeutic interventions for traumatic injuries and fractures in both adults and children. Dr. Akhal worked in Damascus, Syria for eighteen years in government & private hospitals, as well as private practice where his last position held was as Head of Orthopedics at Jaramana Surgical Hospital for seven years until 2015. On moving to the UAE in 2015, he joined Mediclinic Abu Dhabi as Specialist Orthopedic Surgeon and Lead Physician in Mediclinic Al Mamora for seven years.
Dr. Muhammad Ilyas Khan is General Practitioner at Wellness One Day Surgery Center. Dr. Najah Dalileh is Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Wellness One Day Surgery Center. Dr. Dalileh has over two decades of established practice in obstetrics and gynecology across UAE, KSA, and Syria. She started her practice as obstetrician and gynecologist in Syria in the year 1995 working at a private clinic with inpatient privileges at private hospitals for many years. Moving to Saudi Arabia to work in private and government hospitals for six years at general tertiary care hospital as well as specialized women's hospitals. Arriving in the UAE in 2010, Dr. Dalileh worked at prominent hospitals and clinics including Mediclinic Al Noor Hospital, Dar Al Shifa Hospital, Al Raha Hospital, and NMC Health in Abu Dhabi. Dr. Osama Haseeb Al Baine is the Medical Director of Wellness One Day Surgery and a Specialist ENT Surgeon. He completed his Master's degree in ENT Head and Neck Surgery from Damascus University. He also has an Intercollegiate Diploma in Otolaryngology, head and neck surgery from Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, UK. He holds licensure as ENT Specialist in Syria and the UAE.
With over ten years' experience in the medical and surgical management of diseases and conditions related to the ear, nose and throat and related structures of the head and neck, he sees both adult and pediatric patients for a range of otolaryngology issues. He trained as ear surgeon in UK, France & Swaziland. Dr. Al Baine is particularly skilled at facial plastic surgery, with a focus on rhinoplasty - nose surgery, and ear reconstruction. Dr. Rabia Iqbal is Physiotherapist at Wellness One Day Surgery Center. She attained a doctoral degree of physiotherapy from Sargodha Medical College, Pakistan in 2015. She is certified in orthopedic manual therapy and clinical dry needling. She is licensed physiotherapist in Abu Dhabi and Pakistan.
With experience in physiotherapy spanning seven years, Dr. Iqbal started out her career in Pakistan where she would gain experience of five years in working with various populations, treatment methods, through specialized healthcare facilities. With her arrival to UAE in 2020, she worked in prominent health and wellness centers in Dubai including VLCC and Physioplus Rehabilitation Center in Dubai before joining Wellness One Day Surgery Center, Abu Dhabi in 2022.

Additionally, she has a diploma in OBS/GYN Ultrasound from Ian Donald University, Croatia in 2016 and is certified by the Fetal Medicine Foundation (FMF) for Fetal Anomaly Scans in 2020. She has over 25 years of experience in the field of anesthesia, intensive care and pain management. she completed her MBBCh on 1994 at Cairo University, Egypt, she finished her Master Degree on 2000 and got her Medical Doctorate on 2009 from from same University.
