Amanda F. Miller

Dr. Amanda Miller grew up in Ellettsville, Indiana and graduated as valedictorian from Edgewood High School. Dr. Miller then attended Marian University where she played basketball for four years. She received her dental degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry , where she graduated with highest distinction. Dr. Amanda Miller is a member of the Indiana Dental Association, American Dental Association, Indianapolis District Dental Society, and the International Association for Orthodontics. She also participates in the DDS Donated Dental Services program, providing care to disabled and medically compromised patients. While in school, Dr. Miller was one of the executive officers who helped start the Indiana University School of Dentistry Student Outreach Clinic and is now a volunteer faculty member at the clinic. Dr. Miller also volunteers her time at the Wheeler Mission clinic and assists Dr. Wolf with school presentations on oral health. In addition, she has traveled to Haiti to provide dental services to those in need and hopes to go on other service trips in the future. Dr. Miller enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Leslie, and traveling with his Celtic rock band to festivals around the country. When they aren't traveling with his band, they also enjoy driving up to Chicago to watch the Cubs play at Wrigley Field. She has a young son (Rory), two step-sons (Doug and Mason), a step-daughter (Morgan), and a golden retriever (Jack), who keep her busy outside of the office. Dr. Miller is a member at Our Lady of Greenwood Catholic Church.

David H. Wolf

Dr. David Wolf is an Evansville, Indiana native, where he graduated from Mater Dei High School in 1979. Dr. David Wolf then attended the University of Southern Indiana and graduated in 1983. Dr. Wolf received his dental degree at Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1987. Dr. David Wolf has a long list of professional memberships, which include: American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, Indianapolis District Dental Society (President 2001), Founder and President of the Indianapolis Dental Society Charitable Foundation, Academy of General Dentistry, Fellow and past President of the American College of Dentistry (only 3% of all dentists are chosen based on leadership and community service), International Association for Orthodontics, as well as the Indiana University Alumni Association. Dr. Wolf participates in the Donated Dental Service providing care for the handicapped and medically compromised, Give Kids a Smile program to provide dental care to needy children, volunteers for Partners for a Healthier Johnson County to provide dental care to the needy, volunteers at the Genneseret Clinic to provide service to the Indianapolis inner city poor, and has helped to raise capital funds to start Cristo Rey High School for Indianapolis inner city poor who want a college prep education. He takes annual trips to Romania through the Remember the Children Foundation to treat orphans and the poor of eastern Romania, has taken trips to Ecuador to provide dental care, and has collected and donated equipment and instruments to start a dental clinic in Plain de Noir Haiti. Dr. David Wolf is a member of the Greenwood Sertoma Club, Greenwood Indiana- Sertoman of the Year for State of Indiana 2005, member of the Greenwood Chamber of Commerce, Greenwood Indiana, Lumen Dei Christian business club, Pack 265 Scout Leader- Bronze Pelican Award 2006, Saints Francis and Claire Church past President of Board of Directors, Roncalli High School past chairman of the Board of Directors, Indianapolis Deanery Coordinating Committee, and a youth basketball coach. When Dr. Wolf isn't working or volunteering, he enjoys gardening, cooking, running, woodworking, skiing, church projects, and family time with his wife (Anne), daughter (Andrea), and two sons (Joe and Adam).

Pam Hardebeck

Pam has been with our office since October 1999. She graduated from Austin High School in 1983 and attended Indiana University Southeast for Computer Science before starting her career in dental health administration in 1988. Pam enjoys spending time with her husband David, her daughter Madison and Step-daughter Mary. She likes riding her bike, hiking, volunteering at St. Francis Hospital, Mended Hearts and Wheeler Mission, She is Past-President of Mended Hearts Chapter 78 a support group for patients with a heart incident, and attends Nativity Catholic Church.

Tina Crenshaw

Tina began working for Wolf Family Dentistry in 1999. She graduated top of her class for dental assisting from Aristotle College. She completed the expanded functions course at Indiana University School of Dentistry. Raised in Kentucky, she moved to Indiana in 1988 when she married her husband Sam. They have been happily married and have raised twin sons, Gavin and Trey. She volunteers much of her time helping people learn about the Bible. She recently spent 10 months in New York on a volunteer construction project. She enjoys volunteering, reading, cooking, traveling and spending time with her family.

Tracey Weaver

Tracey joined Wolf Family Dentistry in March 2017, but has worked in the dental field for 11 years. She is a part time travel agent and enjoys traveling with her husband, Jeff. They have two grown children, Abby and Tyler. She also enjoys walking, shopping and spending time with family. Tracey lives in Whiteland and attends Fair Haven Christian Church in Trafalgar.
