The Roes have been humble fixtures in the midwest coffee scene through their coffee equipment maintenance and repair company, Service Call, LLC. In 2013, they added a retail element to their business called About The Coffee. About The Coffee serves as a toy store for both professional and amateur coffee geeks who love to brew coffee at home... Our cupping lab is certified by the Specialty Coffee Association and is qualified to host educational programs by the Coffee Quality Institute (Q Grading) and the SCA. We are also well-trained in providing services to support these activities... Workbench provides high-quality training space and programs specifically for coffee professionals.
