Ahmet Ataman, who graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law with honors, attended various education and diploma programs in Turkiye and Canada after his education at Istanbul University. After he worked as a lawyer for many years at reputable law firms in Istanbul, he founded Arslan | Ataman Attorneys at Law in 2016.
Ahmet Ataman has gained the appreciation of his clients, to whom he provides services from a wide range of people, with the most effective solutions and methods in practice in the light of the latest developments and regulations in the legislation. Ahmet specializes in litigation processes and enforcement proceedings, in various fields such as labor and social security law, consumer law, family law, inheritance law, rental disputes and real estate law, bankruptcy and concordatum law, corporate criminal law, urban transformation law, administrative and tax law. With the expertise and experience he has gained, he provides effective, practical and fast solutions to its real / legal domestic and foreign clients.
Ahmet Ataman has an expert certificate from the Ministry of Justice and has a concordatum commissioner license. He is also a licensed mediator with expertise on commercial law, labor law and consumer protection law.
Ahmet also provides consultancy on intellectual property disputes at the Turkish Patent Institute as a trademark and patent attorney. Ahmet is fluent in English.
Emre Küçük, graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law where he participated several student communities and international organizations during his education. Emre joined Arslan | Ataman Attorneys at Law in 2020 as intern lawyer. He has been working as a lawyer since 2021.
Emre is focusing on contracts law, corporate law, labor law, compliance and developing field of law such as personal data and communication law. He is fluent in English.
Kadir Arslan obtained his LL.B degree from Istanbul University and completed his master studies at University of Vienna, joint program with Stanford University, on European and International Business Law. His master thesis on International Investment Disputes and ICSID arbitration mechanism was accepted by University of Vienna with honour degree. He is currently a PhD candidate on private law at Turkish-German University Social Sciences Institute.
During and following his studies, Kadir worked for Garanti Bank and respective law firms in Istanbul as associate and senior associate. In 2016 he co-founded Arslan | Ataman Attorneys at Law.
Kadir has been providing consultancy services to his local and foreign clients since 2010 on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, contracts law, labor law, intellectual property and technology law, joint ventures and real estate law. He is also providing expertise services to courts in Netherlands and Germany with respect to concordatum, liquidation, bankruptcy and postponement of bankruptcy subjects as per Turkish laws.
Kadir Arslan is holding mediator license at Ministry of Justice and he has specialization on commercial law, labor law and consumer law. He successfully operated a number of mediation processes for his local and foreign clients.
Kadir Arslan is fluent in English and holds license as sworn translator in English language before official authorities.

Upon obtaining his bachelor degree from Kırklareli University Faculty of Law, Yunus Emre Çelebi had joined Arslan | Ataman Attorneys at Law as an intern lawyer and he continued to contribute the firm as an associate after completing his internship.
He is currently following his master studies at Kırklareli University and writing his thesis on "Termination and Evacuation Reasons of Lease Agreements for Residential and Commercial Premises"
Yunus Emre is providing litigation and consultancy services to the clients on labor law, lease law, enforcement/bankruptcy law and arbitration.
Yunus Emre is fluent in English. He has participated in several certification and education programs in Turkiye and he made academic studies on the most recent developments in legal environment.
