Throughout Dr. Blues past 54 years with Arizona Opportunities Industrialization Center, (AZOIC), Dr. Blue has served as Director of Training, Research Development, Executive Director, and Deputy Director, and is now the President/C.E.O of the AZOIC, a respected and productive private nonprofit 501 c 3, corporation.
Julie Sullivan-Detheridge, PhD (WMC Volunteer Edson College Faculty) is a Barrett Honors Faculty, ASU University Senator and Clinical Assistant Professor. Prior to ASU, she was president of a Phoenix-based global nonprofit called the International Foundation for Education and Self-Help (IFESH). IFESH supported child-centered health and education reform projects in over 20 sub-Saharan African countries, including conflict demobilization projects in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Nigeria. Through its teacher-training programs, it impacted over 2 million children and adults. She has extensive experience working on USAID, Unicef and CDC-funded projects, including a Nigeria based Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission of HIV/AIDS project.. In her present academic role, she has directly taught over 1,000 ASU undergraduate Edson College students (Healthcare Ethics, Community and Public Health, Culture and Health) over her 7 years with ASU. She is an author of two books and the recipient of awards for her education and health reform work in Africa with IFESH. She recently completed a scientific article on empathy in healthcare with co-authors at ASU, Addis Ababa University (AAU) and a university in Hungary. She is a board member of the AZ-OIC and a Trustee of the Leon H. Sullivan Charitable Trust.
Jacqueline has held numerous leadership roles over her 36-year career at Honeywell. She has held leadership positions over the last 22 years. Most recently, Jacqueline's job was as the Principal Project Engineer where she was accountable for driving producibility initiatives with speed for Aerospace's new product portfolio. She led the creation of a pipeline to capture transformation for speed ideas and create a mechanism to ensure the progress from inception through execution.

Leah Landrum Taylor is currently serving as an Assistant Director in the Department of Economic Security (DES) Director's Office and oversees the Offices of Community Engagement, Tribal Relations, Ombudsman's Office, and Volunteer Engagement Center. She first joined DES in October 2015 where she served as Deputy Assistant Director for the Division of Child Support Services.

Theresa L. Harper, Esq., is a native of Phoenix, AZ. Harper joined the Arizona OIC Board in 2021 and serves as the Treasurer. Harper has been employed with the City of Phoenix for 21 years. Harper has held a number of positions with the City of Phoenix where she deepened her commitment to public service, fellow employees, and the City. She is currently a Neighborhood Preservation Inspector in the Neighborhood Services Department. Harper earned her Juris Doctor degree at Arizona State University's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree at ASU's College of Public Programs. Harper is licensed to practice law in Alabama and New Mexico. Harper also serves as a Justice of the Peace (Pro Tem) for the Maricopa County Justice Courts.
