Tom Hall - President of TLH Consulting Group LLC., providing non legal consulting services to people and entities doing business with the Florida Court System. Mr. Hall is also an appellate lawyer with Bishop & Mills (with offices in Jacksonville and Tallahassee) and handles appeals in all six of Florida's appellate courts. He is also a Trustee of the Florida First Amendment Foundation and of the Florida Supreme Court Historical Society. Mr. Hall is former Clerk of the Court of the Florida Supreme Court. He also teaches extensively on a number of legal issues nationally and in Florida specifically on Florida's Public Meeting and Open Records laws.
Tricia Duffy - Former Charlotte County Commissioner from 2006 to 2016, she received an MS in Healthcare Administration from College of St. Francis, Joliet, Illinois and a BA in Communications from Seton Hall Univ., So Orange, NJ. Tricia's background also includes serving as Director of Senior Health Services at hospitals in Ft. Myers and Myrtle Beach, SC. She was also Director of Marketing at Bon Secours-St. Joseph Hospital in Port Charlotte and assisted businesses with TV advertising as an Account Executive with Comcast. She briefly taught English and Journalism at Charlotte HS in Punta Gorda.
