Kishan Nadarajah is a principal at BOV Capital since September 2017. Kishan focuses on investments in early/growth stage consumer internet, Industrial IoT, and SaaS based companies building products for the B2B and B2C companies in Sri Lanka and the region. He largely helps the General Partners to source, evaluate, structure, and monitor deals.
Prior to BOV Capital, Kishan worked at Dunamis Capital investing in seed stage startups and PricewaterhouseCoopers in their M&A division working on technology companies amongst other key industries. Kishan graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in Economics and Finance.

Rajan Anandan is a Managing Director of Sequoia Capital. He joined Sequoia in August 2019. In this role, Rajan leads early stage investing in startups in India and South East Asia. His career includes global leadership roles at Google, Microsoft, Dell and McKinsey & Company.
Prior to Sequoia, Rajan was Vice President and Managing Director of Google India, responsible for all Sales and Operations in India. expanding the internet ecosystem in India, increasing adoption among consumers and businesses and accelerating the innovation ecosystem. Before Google, he was the Managing Director of Microsoft India and prior to Microsoft, he was Vice President and Country General Manager of Dell in India also held several global leadership roles including being the Executive Assistant to Chairman Michael Dell. Before Dell, Rajan was a Partner with McKinsey & Company in Chicago. He holds an MSc from Stanford and a BSc from MIT.

Rishi Srivastava is an active angel investor, advisor & operating partner to technology companies. He turned entrepreneur in 2013 with a vision to scale promising start up's globally, through deep engagement on organization building, business strategy, monetization, product development & governance. Rishi's corporate career spans 26+ years with Multi-National Corporations in India & Asia Pacific region. He brings rich experience in general management, strategy, marketing, sales & eco-system building in technology companies, across consumer & enterprise businesses.
In August 2013, Rishi founded AARK TechAccess Pvt Ltd, a venture that focuses on orbit changing growth for technology start up's in Big Data/Analytics, Social & Mobile products out of India, Singapore, Sri Lanka and the US. In a short while, AARK TechAccess has built a robust portfolio of companies that are at different stages of growth, globally. Rishi also spends time mentoring young entrepreneurs through organizations like TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs), Tlabs and Unitus Seed Fund. He is an Independent Director on the Board of Xerox India Limited & has Board & Board advisor positions in several start up's.
Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Rishi worked with Microsoft Corporation for 16 years in leadership roles across India, Asia Pacific & Greater China regions. He was exposed to several executive roles in Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Business P&L, Strategy & Product Group management within divisions of the company. He also helped run the Microsoft India Advisory Board as the Chief of Staff to the Chairman & Corporate Vice President. Prior to Microsoft, Rishi worked at Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) for over 5 years, helping set up their channel & PC business in the country. Rishi has worked with Onida (an Associate of JVC, Japan), running sales & marketing for their consumer durables & white goods business. He started his career at National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT) at their Corporate HQ, handling strategic projects. Rishi has a Post Graduate Certificate in International Marketing from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), Delhi. He also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Birla Institute of Management Technology. Rishi and his wife, Tanuja reside in Gurgaon with their two children, Rhea (19 yrs) & Aryan (15 yrs.)
