Brian M. Marino

Brian joined Boston Harbor in 2021 and has been in the financial planning business since 1998. He enjoys building ongoing relationships and helping people design their financial future through investment and risk management, retirement, estate and insurance planning. What he enjoys most is seeing firsthand the positive impact that comprehensive financial planning can have on families' lives. By taking a long-term approach to working with clients, he helps them plan and pursue their goals over time. As a Financial Planner, Brian works with individuals and families to help quarterback their financial planning by collaborating with his clients' CPAs, attorneys, and other advisors to create total integration and maximum efficiency within their financial lives. Brian's ultimate goal is to help paint a clear picture for achieving his client's goals and objectives. As a Certified Family Business Specialist (CFBS), Brian specializes in serving the complex needs of business owners by helping them create a roadmap with their personal financial planning and prepare for the eventual transition out of their business and into the next stage of their lives. Additionally, he helps craft strategies for each organization's executives, managers and employees to assist in attracting and retaining top talent, as well as enhancing employee benefits. As a Chartered Special Needs Consultant (ChSNC), Brian works with families that have children and adult children with various disabilities and who face unique challenges. He focuses on helping them navigate through both their personal financial planning, as well as the Life Care Planning for their dependents with special needs. He has helped hundreds of families by providing education, resources and financial strategies through a process that encourages ongoing communication within the financial, medical and social communities. Brian received his BBA from Kent State University where he was a member of both the Ice Hockey and Lacrosse teams. He also was honored to have the opportunity to play hockey as a member of Team USA. He currently holds his series 6, 63, 7 and life/health/annuity licenses along with the CLU, ChSNC and CFBS Designations. A lifelong Clevelander, Brian currently resides in Avon Lake, Ohio with his family. In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time outdoors and coaching his children's numerous sports teams. He's also an avid Browns, Indians and Blue Jackets fan.

Chris Bryant

Chris joined the Boston Harbor Wealth Advisors team in 2017 as a compliance analyst. As the leading member of the compliance department, he is responsible for ensuring that all offices are following the organization's policies and procedures. His oversight and supervision of the satellite offices means that he evaluates current practices to look for ways to improve and to ensure that each branch is operating efficiently and consistently. Chris approaches his role with enthusiasm and confidence. Teamwork and communication are especially important to Chris and he aims to motivate and excite his peers to focus on improvement. He enjoys being part of a team where he feels valued and empowered to make an impact on the organization and in turn, impact the financial success of clients. Chris has held a variety of positions that prepared him for his current role. Before joining Boston Harbor Wealth Advisors, he held a client-facing role as a client relationship specialist from 2015-2017 with Charles Schwab where he ran the day-to-day operations of the branch. This included assisting clients, approving business, and reviewing compliance in the office. He was also the operations manager for Lincoln Financial Securities from 2013-2015 and began his career in 2011 as a 401k specialist for Fidelity Investments. David Goldstein

David was most recently with Wells Fargo Advisors as a Financial Advisor and has held positions with the American Stock Exchange and Citibank as a Municipal and Government Bond Trader. David has always been inspired by helping others. He uses that motivation, along with his ability to clearly communicate the complexities of a financial plan into relatable terms to help his clients envision their future by using tools and strategies to track their progress, build confidence in their financial affairs, prioritize goals, and help them achieve the balance they have identified. He finds his career extremely gratifying because he works with clients through various life stages, allowing him to develop meaningful, long-lasting relationships and, ultimately, trust, which David feels is essential in a financial advisor. David earned an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from SUNY at Plattsburgh. I am a born and raised New Yorker, specifically in Long Island. My wife, Patricia, and I keep pretty active outside of work and like to cycle and also tending to our garden. We love the outdoors, so any activity that keeps us outside is ideal, especially when it means exercising or growing our own food to enjoy throughout the year.

Donald M. Roy

Don draws upon his more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry to create comprehensive financial plans that encompass all aspects of each individual's financial life. He also helps corporate clients establish and manage employer-sponsored retirement plans. I came to financial planning in an unusual way. Working at a bank, I repossessed cars, which brought me into contact with people whose lives had been devastated by financial illiteracy and mismanagement. I became convinced that there was value in helping people understand how to create and manage wealth, since those activities support every aspect of "the good life."

Doug O'Brien

Doug O'Brien is responsible for managing the investment team's rapid growth and helping the firm expand its clientele even further. He specializes in employing efficiencies in the trading process that enable the firm to manage an increasing amount of client assets while minimizing the need for additional team members. Doug spends approximately two-thirds of his time on trading and the remaining time assisting the team with investment meetings and research. Previously, Doug was with Brinker Capital Investments, LLC, which recently became Orion following a merger. During his 10 years in trading at Brinker, Doug established a strong reputation for bringing many efficiencies to the trading group, which operated in a high-volume, high-complexity environment. He and his team used close to 200 models to manage approximately $15 billion in assets. He spent his first 10 years at Brinker working in performance reporting and other areas. Doug was born in New York City and moved with his family to the suburbs of Philadelphia when he was in the second grade. He lived there for most of his life and now resides only about half an hour from the area where he grew up. He works remotely for LWO. Doug attended Mary Washington College, which is now the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia. One summer, he returned to Pennsylvania to work for Brinker as an intern. A few weeks into the internship, he was offered a full-time job and accepted the offer. Recently, Doug passed the Securities Industry Essentials® (SIE®) exam, which FINRA established in 2019 for registered representatives, and he is in the process of taking his Series 7. Doug and his wife have three children under the age of 10 - Aiden, Landon and Riley. The couple met through his best friend, whom he worked with at restaurants when he came home from college during the summers. One summer when Doug returned, his friend introduced them, and they hit it off. Coaching his kids soccer and baseball teams keeps Doug busy. He enjoys playing soccer as well, and he even played in tournaments in England and the Netherlands in his youth. Doug likes watching professional sports, especially the Philadelphia 76ers and the New York Giants. He also enjoys science fiction and fantasy stories and loves passing those books and movies on to his kids. He loves spending time with his family and friends and continuously pursues learning new things.

Liz also analyzes forecasting reports and identifies risks and opportunities for our executive team while ensuring adherence to financial laws and guidelines. The approach Liz takes is focused on excellence in client service. She possesses a combination of technical expertise and a high degree of empathy, which has served as a helpful combination in her career. Her strengths in finance and accounting, combined with her unique ability to quickly make connections, allow her to impact our organization positively and work collaboratively with others. Before joining our team, Liz gained extensive and valuable experience that she applies to her current role. Emily Lussier

Emily has worked with Financial Advisors Network, a Boston Harbor Wealth Advisors satellite office, since 2003 as the office manager and executive assistant to the CEO. In her position, she provides extensive administrative support to our team and clients to ensure business operations remain effective and efficient. She is the first point of contact when clients interact with our team and she sets the positive tone for our client's experience from the start. She is also licensed in Massachusetts for health insurance, life insurance, long-term care insurance and annuities. Emily's commitment to her position is apparent when you see the lifelong relationships she has developed with clients, many of which have become more like family. She is known for her honest and friendly approach and puts the needs of our clients first, which she demonstrates through her dedication and responsiveness. In a fast-paced and ever-changing industry, her love of multitasking is clear by her ability to balance the many responsibilities in her role. From managing the finances of the business to arranging client meetings, creating client reviews and reports as well as organizing seminars and workshops, Emily truly understands the industry and is a tremendous resource. She has developed this expertise through years of valuable experience working closely with CEOs in a corporate environment both in the medical and financial fields. Emily graduated from Plymouth State College with a Bachelor of Science in management. My life inside and outside of work is constant, and I wouldn't have it any other way. My teenaged son, Preston, and I keep active schedules. From skiing in the winter to golfing in the summer, we love spending time outdoors together. Preston is involved in all kinds of sports, so he's always on the go. When we're not active outside, I keep busy around the house. If there's something to fix or renovate, I gravitate to it. I'm always up for a challenge! I also enjoy Broadway shows and try to make a trip to New York City at least once a year. While I love seeing new shows, my favorites are Phantom of the Opera and Hamilton - I could see them over and over again. I also consider the act of giving back an important part of who I am. Each year, my friends and I run the Linda Peters Memorial Golf Tournament to raise money for a high school scholarship fund in remembrance of our late friend. Our active lifestyle keeps us always on the move, but family remains my highest priority. I am fortunate that I not only have a close-knit family, but I also have a career that I truly enjoy and I'm proud to contribute to each day.

Gene Craciun

Gene joined Boston Harbor in 2021 and has been in the financial services business since 1995. His efforts are focused primarily on serving the corporate retirement plan marketplace and working with their respective employees. Gene finds great fulfillment in helping people with what many feel are the very difficult and daunting topics of retirement plans and retirement planning. Serving and educating clients is very rewarding to Gene and has allowed him to build many long-standing relationships over the years. His goal for each client is to create a customized plan that fits their unique needs and situation. He wants them to have a good foundation of knowledge about their plan and for their participants to have the opportunity to "retire their way." As a Certified 401(k) Professional, Gene is highly experienced in creating, implementing and maintaining retirement plans for businesses, including defined contribution plans, 401(k) plans, nonprofit and pension plans. He is knowledgeable in plan distributions, plan design and implementation, plan establishment and operation, and fiduciary issues. Gerald Costa

Gerald joined Boston Harbor Wealth Advisors at our Columbus, OH branch, Zosh Williams Asset Management, in 2022 as a Financial Professional and the Chief Operating Officer. In his role, he applies his previous financial services industry experience to assist clients with their requests, needs, and concerns. He works closely with our team to live out his mission to serve our clients - individuals and families - at the highest level of excellence. Gerald ensures his clients understand their money is being well taken care of, and he always endeavors to explain complex financial topics in a way that is easy to comprehend. Hallie Hicks - COO

Hallie joined Boston Harbor Wealth Advisors in 2015. As a leading member of the senior management team, Hallie ensures the organization runs efficiently and effectively to best serve clients and streamline all business efforts. Hallie is known for attention to detail and a positive attitude in each of her interactions. Hallie has extensive experience in the industry and brings a level of understanding and knowledge that carries across the entire organization. In addition to running the day-to-day operations, she works closely with clients, assists with trades, and is a resource to our affiliate offices. Earlier in her career, Hallie held various positions with Ameriprise Financial Services during her 18 years with the firm. Before joining Boston Harbor Wealth Advisors, she spent five years as a senior field operations team leader for the firm's Boston complex. There, she managed the operational efficiencies of five offices, provided implementation support to management, and analyzed profit and loss. Her dedication to Boston Harbor Wealth Advisors is clear because of the care and passion she has for her career. Hallie earned a bachelor's degree in business management from Newbury College in 2002. Massachusetts has always been my home. I am originally from Framingham, but today I live in Northborough with my partner, Mark, and our daughter, Sophia. Jamie aims to make our clients comfortable sharing their dreams, fears, and concerns. She understands that financial planning isn't only about the happiest moments in life. It's about the real and unexpected moments, which is why Jamie strives to provide the best service possible to support our clients in navigating life's moments. Jamie's compassionate and dependable nature drives her to be more than part of their financial planning team. She wants to know our clients beyond their assets. Throughout her experience in the industry, Jan has remained committed to working with her clients to reach their financial and life-long goals. I was raised on a dairy farm in Pennsylvania, which contributed to my love of animals and hard work. I now live in Bluffton, SC, and love to spend my free time centered around outdoor activities such as snow skiing and playing tennis. Tennis has been an important part of my life for some time.

Jeanne Hagar

Leigh Cook

Before joining LWO, Leigh was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Brinker Capital Investments. "Watching my parents go through financially hard times as a child was my chief motivation for entering the financial services industry," Mark said. "I want to help people identify, track and achieve their financial goals, and hopefully allow them to feel less stress in the management of their money." Mark began his career as an account executive with WEEI Sports Radio in Boston from 1981 to 1992. Stephen Bradley

Steve and his wife Kristin reside in Hopkinton, MA and have been married since the turn of the century. They have two wonderful children and have started to see free time return to their lives as Owen enters college and Olivia embarks on obtaining her driving credentials. While not working, Steve enjoys competing in recreational sports and card games.
