FAIRWATER COMMUNITY

The Fairwater Community is located in the Eastern precinct of Breakfast Point and consists of 16 Town Homes located along Breakfast Point Boulevarde, 24 Apartments in Fairwater Close and number 34 and 36 Admiralty Drive. The Community is managed by an Executive Committee comprising of elected representatives from the town homes and a representative of Fairwater Apartments.
