I'm a nominated trustee on the Trust Board and responsible for liaison between staff and the Board on Health and Safety matters.
My interest in our work is through my experience growing up with a paraplegic sister who was nursed at home by my family and myself. This emphasised the importance of continuing care in the home and the benefits that such care provides to members of our community.
The credit worthy factor of our organisation operating a not-for-profit philosophy has been a strong influence in my interest.

I've lived in Franklin since 2004 and over the years heard glowing stories of care workers helping friend's frail parents to stay living at home. They were CMHT care workers. I feel privileged to be able to help support this essential, practical community service.
I joined Counties Manukau Home Care Trust in 2008.
CMHC trust is very special to me as I was around at the beginning back in the 90s. Because we are not for profit, local and small we can adjust to most circumstances. We have a group of wonderfully inspiring people who work for the Trust.
I joined CMHT in 2008 as Quality Assurance Co-ordinator and became Manager in 2014. I'm responsible for the operational and day to day business related activities of CMHT. I ensure the aims and objectives of our contracts with Health Funders and the Trust are met.
I'm proud of the difference our high-quality support makes to so many people in the community.
