Rich has 30+ years of business experience working in large companies (Kraft Foods 10 years), small companies for 7 years before starting America's Remote Help Desk, an IT services company (MSP) in 2000. Rich built ARHD up to the 70 th largest MSP in the US and top 100 in the world per MSP Mentor. Utilizing a structured sales process, marketing creativity, a penchant for understanding finances plus laser focus on continuous improvement (Vistage, MSP peer group and book reader) and leadership, Rich is very well rounded to assist any company with having a great company... Rich has been married to his wife, Diane for 25+ years they have 2 boys Eric and Sam. Rich likes to golf, workout, have fun and spend time with family and friends.
