CS Beef Packers, LLC is a progressive beef packer and further processor whose products are marketed through a variety of foodservice and retail channels. Relationships and service are paramount from farm gate to dinner plate!... In January of 2015, CS Beef Packers, LLC was formed as a partnership between Caviness Beef Packers and the JR Simplot Company... In May of 2017, CS Beef completed construction and commenced operations on the most modern, state of the art, green-field beef plant built to date. The new meat packing plant features the highest quality construction with the latest design and equipment to ensure the highest food safety and animal care possible. We look forward to continually growing meaningful relationships with cattle producers, dairy operators and beef customers in the Western U.S. We are located in the Heart of the Inter Mountain Region, just 9 miles south of Kuna, ID at the Cole Rd and Kuna Mora Rd intersection.
