Dr. Brooks A. Green

Dr. Brooks Green is the 4th generation of family dentists practicing in southwestern Indiana. Dr. Green, or Dr. Brooks as some patients call him, grew up in Lyons, Indiana, and graduated from White River Valley Highschool. Dr. Green went to college in Longview, Texas, and graduated from LeTourneau University with a degree in Biology. He then returned to Indiana to earn a Master's degree in Biology through Purdue University and then graduated from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2015. Upon graduation, Dr. Green began practicing with his father, Dr. Gordon Green, at the Lyons location. In 2016 Dr. Brooks Green started Green Dental's second location, Green Dental of Owen County, in Spencer, Indiana. Dr. Brooks Green currently owns and runs both Green Dental locations. Dr. Green is deeply committed to continuing education in order to provide the best and optimal level of care for every patient. Dr. Green averages over 150 continuing education hours per year, and the state requirement is only 20 hours every two years! Dr. Green is Board Certified in implant dentistry as a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry. This makes him one of only 12 dentists board certified in implant dentistry and the only one practicing in southwest Indiana. In addition, he has earned his Fellowship status with the Academy of General Dentistry and his Associate Fellow status with the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.

Dr. Gordon K. Green

Dr. Gordon Green opened Green Dental in 1978, after completing dental school at the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1976 and then serving in the U.S. Navy. He was stationed at Cecil Field Naval Air Station in Jacksonville, Florida, and the USS Grand Canyon, aboard which he was a dentist. Dr. Green trained at Bethesda Naval Hospital and Walter Reed Army Hospital. Dr. Green brings over 45 years of knowledge, training, and experience to his patients and believes strongly in continued dental education. He has achieved Fellowship status in the Academy of General Dentistry, which is earned by completing 500 hours of continuing dental education and passing a comprehensive written exam. He was a founder of the Southern Indiana Implant Study Club, and is a past president of Greene District Dental Society. He maintains his membership in the American Dental Association and the Indiana Dental Association. Dr. Green and his son, Dr. Brooks Green, carry on a legacy of 4 generations of dentists in their family. Not only do father and son share a passion for dentistry; Dr. Green's wife and sister are both dental hygienists, and his daughter is a dentist practicing in the Chicagoland area. The family's commitment to excellent dental care is second to none in the area. In addition to their efforts to provide top quality care to their patients here in the U.S., both doctors have traveled to Haiti and Belize for years on mission trips to provide the same compassion and quality of dental care to the people of those countries. Dr. Nichole Barnett

Dr. Nichole Barnett grew up in Henderson, Kentucky, and now resides in Freedom, Indiana with her husband, Cole, their daughter, Saydee, and their son, Sylas. Dr. Barnett loves practicing dentistry because of the opportunity it grants her to serve the community. "I shadowed a dentist that was giving back to his community through offering free dental care to underserved children and I fell in love with the idea that I could pursue a career that would allow me to develop a skill that I too could use to give back to my community." For Dr. Barnett, practicing dentistry at Green Dental feels like she "gets to work with family!" She loves the opportunity to help people and believes this to be her calling in life. "I have a heart for educating patients and helping them understand what they are experiencing so they can feel more in control about their dental care and dental health. I believe this helps relieve some dental anxiety that many patients have." Dr. Barnett is a part of the following organizations: American Dental Association Indiana Dental Association Academy of General Dentistry Christian Medical & Dental Associations Dr. Barnett graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2016. In her free time, you will find her traveling with her husband and singing gospel music at churches with her sister-in-law. She also enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with her family. Dr. Barnett is involved in many ministries including Bring Back the Burden Ministries, the Barnett Trio, and Samaritan Smiles
