Jonathan A. Mintz

Jonathan A. Mintz lives in Evergreen, Colorado, and splits his time between Colorado and Southern California. Jonathan focuses on the areas of estate planning, long-term trust design and implementation, asset protection and inheritance preservation planning, strategies to enhance client privacy, and strategic international tax planning. He has an extensive clientele of affluent individuals and families with diverse domestic and international interests, including non-U.S. individuals and professional athletes. Jonathan is a frequent author and regular national speaker as well as a member of the California Bar Association, the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP), and WealthCounsel. Prior to his career at Evergreen Legacy Planning, he taught Estate Planning as an adjunct professor at the Chapman University Fowler School of Law, and he served as chair of STEP-Orange County. Away from work, Jonathan and his wife are avid cyclists who enjoy combining world travel and cycling.

Julia L. Cronin

Julia L. Cronin lives in Denver, Colorado, and focuses on personalized, comprehensive legacy planning for individuals, couples, and families. For more than a decade, Julia litigated complex, multi-million-dollar disputes on behalf of mid-sized to Fortune 100 companies across a wide array of industries at a high-profile law firm in Washington, D.C. She has tried cases before juries and federal judges, as well as arbitration panels, and represented clients in global antitrust investigations. She also has vast experience counseling clients concerning creative, practical solutions to legal issues in non-litigation contexts. She draws on this rich background to inform her approach to estate planning, where she uses her sharp legal acumen to protect businesses and families, helping them to achieve success and secure peace of mind. Julia's favorite titles are wife, mom, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She is a member of the California Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, the D.C. Bar, the South Dakota Bar, the Wyoming Bar Association, the United States Supreme Court Bar, the Colorado Women's Bar Association, Women's Estate Planning Counsel, and WealthCounsel.

Lauren A. McClintock

Lauren A. McClintock lives in Arvada, Colorado and manages private client matters as well as operational and strategic projects. She serves as personal liaison for clients, facilitating attorney-client communication as well as collaboration with other allied professionals. Lauren handles project management and oversees strategic growth within the firm. Lauren's interest in long-term family legacy planning stems from her previous career in nonprofit work, during which she developed a great passion for serving individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities. Alongside her work at Evergreen, she continues to volunteer with various nonprofit organizations within the disability community in Colorado.

Matthew T. McClintock

Matthew T. McClintock lives in Evergreen, Colorado, and focuses on the areas of estate planning, long-term trust design and implementation, inheritance preservation planning, planning for bitcoin and other cryptoassets and cryptocurrencies, strategies to enhance client privacy, and domestic and international asset protection. Matt frequently speaks publicly and writes about these topics, emphasizing their impact on individuals, families, and businesses. Matt is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Wyoming Bar Association, the Alaska Bar Association, the South Dakota Bar Association, the American Bar Association Real Property, Trust and Estate (ABA RPTE) Section, and WealthCounsel. He also volunteers on the board of directors for Team Evergreen, the largest nonprofit cycling club in Colorado.
