Flinn West (FW) is a commercial real estate corporation, which specializes in the development, management and marketing of commercial real estate in the southwestern United States. Flinn West was formed in 1992 to purchase and re-develop value add commercial real estate properties and notes secured by commercial real estate properties. FW's strong relationships with financial institutions, real estate brokers, architects, contractors and maintenance vendors has enabled our company to successfully manage, lease and oversee construction for all commercial product type. This includes stabilized performing real estate assets, as well as undervalued properties, distressed assets and discounted mortgage backed notes. The core team has in excess of 80 years of combined experience in real estate development, acquisition, construction, management, mortgage, joint venture financing, and marketing of a variety of assets.
