Tom Rahlfs was born and raised in Blair Nebraska graduating from Blair in 1989. He received his Bachelor's degree from the University of South Dakota in 1993. Tom began his insurance career in 1996 and moved to Hansen Agency in 2008. He is licensed in property casualty and life and health. Tom is married to his Wife Ann and has 3 kids, Dylan, JT and Lyndsay.
