The Helping Hand Fund has been created to help associates who are facing financial hardship immediately after a qualified disaster or an unforeseen personal hardship. The Helping Hand Fund relies primarily on voluntary individual donations from associates and support from the Trane Technologies Foundation to fund this program. Every contribution helps and when combined with the donations of others, can provide a grant to help a fellow associate in need when they are facing the unexpected...
