Ambroise Baroan (48) is founder-manager of HMC Services, an integrated group specialising in marketing services and human resources development. Established 15 years ago, the group has offices in five French-speaking countries in Western Africa (Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, Mali, Niger, and Senegal) and operates across the continent.
Ambroise graduated from HEC Paris (High Business School) in 1991. From his studies and international exposure working for various multinational companies (in France, USA, Senegal, South Africa and Cote d'Ivoire), he has gained solid experience and is an expert in business development and change management.
Since the beginning of 2016, he has decided to devote most of his work to consulting activities aimed at corporate directors. He consequently joined forces with Actiss Partners to expand their activities on the African continent.

Andrew Thoseby is a strategic thinker and business executive with 30 years of executive corporate and entrepreneurial experience across retail, services, manufacturing, marketing, automotive, fmcg, consumer durables, IT and T, internet, entertainment, not for profit, government, consumer electronics and sports sponsorship and administration. Has worked extensively across EMEA, The USA, South East Asia and the Pacific as well as Australia and New Zealand.
Angelo Vergani graduated in Business Economics at Bocconi University in Milan and worked as a professor and tutor for the SDA Bocconi Business School. For several years he was an executive consultant in Cast, where he also worked as General Manager. He has managed several turnaround projects within service companies. In 1989 he founded Contract Manager s.r.l. and so pioneered temporary management in Italy. He's written various books about management.
Belinda Huang has been with IMC for executive search business over 12 years. She is the head of 5070 interim management business and outplacement services. Based on 20 years' working experiences, Belinda has good business acumen and customer driven approach, she can quickly grasp client's expectation and fulfill their requirements. Seeking to provide win-win solutions for all customers and talents.
Benoit DURAND-TISNES, 51, is a French Business School Graduate (ISG in Paris). Before founding Wayden, he worked in large international companies providing services in engineering and technologies.
Benoit created Wayden, a specialist provider of Interim Executive Management, for one simple reason: to embrace the human element. On the one hand, he is committed to helping women and men achieve fulfilling and totally open professional experiences. On the other, it's important for him to be able to offer companies the human support they need to reach new strategic heights with total peace of mind.
Catherine Cheah started her career in the Tourism & Hospitality sector, fulfilling a number of Senior Management positions. She brings with her the experience over 20+ years of leading and managing multicultural teams across S.E Asia. After her transfer to the HR Industry, she soon became a business leader in Executive Search and Career & Outplacement coaching. Catherine has mentored managers in developing their leadership and management competencies. As a trained counsellor she enjoys helping people grow in their professional and personal goals
Ivan Oliva is graduated with a Ph.D. in business management and economics from the university of Prague. His career spans more than 30 years, initially as sales & marketing manager and progressing to senior executive positions in multinational pharmaceutical corporations and dental companies in Germany, Czech Republic and other countries in Central and Eastern Europe including Ukraine and Russia. He has been involved in restructuring, turnaround management and acquisitions. He worked as regional manager (Central Europe, Austria and Switzerland) for a leading global certification and inspection corporation, where he was responsible for organic growth and acquisitions. As CEO, he managed a large chemical manufacturing company as well as a major Czech hospital.

Maria Buehler (MBA) graduated from Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration (WU) and from Johannes Kepler University in Law. Before founding Buehler Management in 2006 she worked for 16 years in large international companies (such as Siemens and Beiersdorf) as well as small and medium sized enterprises in Switzerland, US, Canada and Austria.
Ron Crabtree is the CEO of MetaExperts. He is an expert in planning, teaching and implementing organizational transformation including best practices in process improvement, sales & marketing, organizational change management, Lean Six Sigma and Supply Chain.

Tomas Kucera is the General Manager of J.M. Gemini Personnel and IMS in China, and leads IXPA's Interim Management practice in the region.
Tomas has over 10 years' experience in China, has worked for number of leading enterprises in the HR industry and is well connected within the business community. He is also Executive Director of Czech Chamber in Shanghai as well as on the board of directors of Rotary of Shanghai Club (RCS).
