Kampung Utara Melbourne, popularly known as KUM, is an association representing the Malay community in the northern region of Melbourne, comprising of the rapidly growing number families of Singaporean and Malaysian backgrounds. KUM has been in existence since 2009 and was formally incorporated in April 2016... KUM was established in 2009 through weekly informal classes and activities. Since then, KUM has rapidly expanded the depth and breadth of activities to support the maturing needs of the community including self-improvement courses, youth development programs and family activities.
