Larci 1400 is one of the largest project designed and under construction by "Noghre-kar Engineers & architects". The project will be built on 28600 m2 land with total 35000 m2 gross building area (22000 m2 net area). There are 76 Villa-Terrace Apartments with net area of 265 m2 for each unit. On each level, there are 4 units having each 70 m2 private terrace. In addition there are also two penthouses with net area of 720 m2 with private balconies and Terraces.
