Amanda Holley is a paralegal working in real estate closings who coordinates and works on all closings handled by Henry Sullivan. She is a native of California but made her way to Greenville in 2012 with her husband, Derek, who is an Alabama native (Auburn University Tiger) and was ready to come back to the South. Amanda is a graduate of Cal State Fullerton University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their young son, Thompson. Amanda also enjoys Auburn football, college baseball (her father played at Cal State Fullerton), Pinterest, and refinishing antique furniture.

Carol Gillis

Carol Gillis is our chief paralegal assisting in real estate closings and coordinating all closings handled by Dale McKinney. She has over twenty years' experience as a real estate paralegal and in the lending industry, where she served in various areas, including as a loan officer. Carol is a lifelong resident of Greenville County and in her spare time enjoys cooking, spending time with her sons, Alex and Chase, and her dog, Max.

Dale McKinney

Dale McKinney is a lifelong resident of Greenville who entered law school after working in the business world for eight years. Dale has focused his practice on real estate closings since he began practicing law in 2000. Dale believes his role as a real estate attorney involves giving individual attention to every one of his clients and strives to be just a phone call or e-mail away from his clients. If you call Dale don't be surprised if he answers the phone, even after hours. Dale is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, where he was a member of Chi Psi fraternity and worked in the South Carolina State Senate. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He has been married to his wife, Melissa, for over 25 years and they have one son, Logan. When not handling real estate closings Dale enjoys college football and baseball, spending time at the beach, relaxing by his koi pond and occasionally playing golf.

Henry Sullivan

Henry Sullivan has lived in Greenville most of his life, with deep family roots in Anderson, Greenville and Laurens. Henry began the practice of law in 1987 with the law firm of Leatherwood, Walker, Todd and Mann in Greenville, where he was a trial lawyer and also handled business and corporate matters before opening up his own business as a real estate attorney. During law school Henry worked with several real estate law firms, and after practicing law in Greenville for five years with Leatherwood, Walker, Todd and Mann, and another four years with Ashmore, Rabon & Sullivan, P.A., in 1996 Henry opened his own office, focusing on residential real estate and commercial real estate closings. Henry has primarily handled real estate closings since that time and believes in providing professional and quality legal representation to his clients on each and every closing or legal matter. Henry is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, where he was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity, and he also graduated from the University of South Carolina law school. He has been married to his wife, Douglas, for over 25 years and they have two children, Katy and Henry. When not practicing law Henry enjoys Gamecock football and baseball, spending time at the lake or the beach, and occasionally hunting and fishing.

Julie McKissick

Julie McKissick is real estate assistant and real estate closings coordinator on closings handled by Mr. Sullivan. Julie is a native of Florence, South Carolina, where her family has deep roots. After living at Pawleys Island after college, Julie moved to Greenville with her husband, Charlie, who is a lifelong resident of Greenville. She is a graduate of St. Mary's College in Raleigh, North Carolina and also of the University of South Carolina. She and Charlie have two children, Julia Smythe and Charles, and in her spare time she enjoys Gamecock football and spending time with her family relaxing at Pawley's Island.
