Judy Schlossman is a Licensed Title Agent with a unique combination of managerial experience and deep domain expertise in closings and curative title issues. Judy is currently the Director of Operations for North Florida Title.
Prior to North Florida Title Company, Judy was a 20-year Branch Manager in the Jacksonville Market for First American Title and subsequently helped First International Title launch the Jacksonville market, establishing a platform for excellence and growth. Judy has created a long following of well-served clients, a reputation of problem-solving and attention to detail for a smooth closing.
Judy enjoys networking in the local real estate community and when not working, spending time with twin daughters, 4 grandchildren and horse Bella.
Kristin Sparks holds a valid Notary license. Before joining North Florida Title Company, Kristin amassed a wealth of experience collaborating with diverse entities such as title companies, attorneys, real estate agents, and lenders. Her expertise encompasses Residential title and Lending, Builder closings, Short Sale closing and education, as well as comprehensive familiarity with auditing, funding, and compliance in the lending sector. With an extensive tenure of over two decades in the Real Estate Profession, Kristin is deeply dedicated to both her clients and colleagues.
Linda Orto is a Jacksonville native and has been in the title insurance industry since 1984 working for both title companies and real estate attorneys. She successfully managed a title company for nine years before moving on to close builder loans for Beaver Homes. Experienced in residential, investment, builder, short sale, she can handle all of your closing needs.
When Linda is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and fishing.
Sebastian Villa was born in Colombia and raised in Miami. He graduated from Florida International University with his BA and moved to Tallahassee soon after. Sebastian has a deep sense of community and is always willing to help in whichever way he can. He has an eclectic taste in hobbies, including but certainly not limited to, hiking, reading, watching movies and TV shows, and appreciating music. He has been involved with North Florida Title Company since August 2019 and has helped in the process of closing many transactions. He is well-suited to help close on your first-home, investment property, or refinance.
