Chuck Casanova has over thirty-one years of Commercial Real Estate Management experience. Responsibilities during those years consisted of Maintenance Supervision of several malls, Property Management of Malls and Shopping Centers, Director of Property Management of 27 properties in 11 Midwestern States, and since 2006 overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Perkins Properties Portfolio at the property level and in the corporate office.

Michael Perkins - President

Over forty-one years of experience in real estate development, investment sales, financing and management for commercial properties in over thirteen states. Currently has over 2,000,000 square feet under management and commercial real estate sales in excess of $450,000,000 during that period. He has owned and/or managed shopping centers, office complexes, a hotel and event center, and multi-family properties in Nebraska, South Dakota, and California.

Skylar Perkins - CMO

Tim Martin

Tim Martin has 35 years of Commercial Real Estate experience and currently holds a Real Estate Brokers license in both Nebraska and South Dakota. Before joining the Perkins Properties team as General Manager his responsibilities included the Management and Leasing of multiple Enclosed Malls, an Outlet Mall, Strip Centers, Mixed Use facilities and Office buildings in four Midwestern States. Tim is Married with three Children and four Grandchildren.

Tracy King

Tracy King has over 28 years of experience in real estate accounting and management. She has overseen the accounting for portfolios in excess of 1,500,000 square feet and in excess of 8,000,000 NOI. divacy has been with Perkins Properties as the Accounting Manager for the last 12 years. She is responsible for the entire reporting process including all disbursements, receivables, and analysis of company financial statements. She is the main point of contact for tenants, vendors, and financials Institutions. When she's not crunching numbers she spends time traveling with her family.

Wendy Chapman

Wendy Chapman has been employed at Perkins Properties for 3 ½ years as the Director of Leasing. In addition to overseeing all leasing activity for the entire Perkins Properties portfolio, Wendy owns and operates a retail consulting business established in 2010 known as Chapman Retail Consulting. Wendy is a veteran in the shopping center industry, beginning her career in marketing and evolving into management and leasing. Wendy has worked with many established companies throughout her career such as Red Development, L&B; Realty Advisors, and Poag & McEwen.
