Aaron joined PJ Morgan Real Estate as a Realtor in 2022. He is known for his leadership, hard work, and enthusiasm. He has listed and sold over $39 million in real estate and has built quite the residential portfolio with his business partner. He enjoys supporting others in reaching their real estate goals.
Aaron holds a degree in biology and biochemistry with a math minor from UNL. He loves competing in fitness competitions and coaching football at Creighton Prep. His competitive edge is an integral part of understanding and helping his clients achieve their real estate goals by navigating the competing priorities that accompany every home purchase.
Aaron has loved calling Omaha home since 2012. He and his wife, Kate, have been married for 9 years. In their free time, they enjoy golfing, cooking, traveling, and just spending time with their two pups, Cooper and Lucy.
Alison Lewis joined PJ Morgan Real Estate in 2015 with a background in construction, interior design and development. She also owns and operates Anchor Holdings, a local boutique building company.
A graduate of the University of Kansas, Ali went on to receive a second degree in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles. She returned to Omaha in 2004 to work on the Borsheims remodel; from there she built a career with Bluestone Development and went on to pursue commercial and residential design/build projects with established local clients, prior to starting Anchor Holdings in 2011.
Alice joined the PJ Morgan Real Estate team as an HOA Property Manager and REALTOR®. She has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2005. Building relationships with her clients and helping them achieve their real estate goals is what she loves most. A former teacher of 27 years, Alice is an expert in educating her clients throughout the home buying and selling process. She loves mixing her two passions, real estate and teaching, to give her clients the tools they need to be successful in achieving their real estate goals.
After retiring in 2020 from teaching, Alice wanted to explore other areas of real estate. She worked for a title company handling the seller and buyer side of the file. She gained expansive knowledge when it comes to title requirements and is excited to use the knowledge she gained to guide her clients.
Alice loves calling Omaha home. With our amazing zoo, and many family-friendly activities she enjoys the small-town feel of Omaha, and how welcoming the community is. Outside her professional life, Alice is involved in the TeamMates program, where she mentors an elementary school student once a week. Being a former teacher, she loves being able to interact with students still. In her free time, Alice enjoys reading, watching movies, walking her dog Chloe, biking around lake Zorinsky, and getting to hang out with her two kids and two grandbabies.

Alisa Suntken joined PJ Morgan Event Management as a venue coordinator to create memorable moments for her clients. As an Omaha native, Alisa is passionate about enriching the community she loves and lives in. Her position allows her to work with you and help make your event dreams become a reality.
Prior to joining the PJ Morgan Event Management team, Alisa worked as a graphic designer where she specialized in bringing her client's ideas and concepts to life. She brings a creative vision to the team and to every event she coordinates. When she's not coordinating events, Alisa enjoys watching movies with her husband and two dogs and paddleboarding.
Amanda Zahm joined the PJ Morgan Real Estate team in 2018, seasoned in real estate sales and relocation. Her customer service and project management skills make her a perfect fit for the diverse responsibilities she handles on a day-to-day basis.
Amanda has an extensive background in the industry, having worked with buyers, sellers, appraisers, title companies and inspectors. She received her real estate license in 2014 and is proud to have the REALTOR® designation.

Andrea joined PJ Morgan Real Estate as a REALTOR® in 2022. Andrea developed and started her own retail business brand back in 2007. She grew that business and exited in early 2022. During her time as a retail business owner, she also worked as a business turn-around consultant. Taking struggling small businesses and implementing the proper strategies/systems to make them solvent again. Maximizing sales, operations, and finances for her clients in all industries. Andrea helps her husband with his small business, Undercover Kitchen. With that, she gets to design kitchen layouts and provide storage and organization ideas to clients!
Growing up with a dad that built custom homes, Andrea was always around real estate and construction. In her mid-twenties, she worked for a developer on a 150-unit townhome project. Andrea bought her first home in 2005. She and her husband completed a live-in flip, house hacked AND started their family while in that home. From there, they did a few more live-in flips and purchased/sold single-family rentals. Andrea transitioned to investing in commercial real estate in 2021. She jumped right in and purchased a motel in Colorado and converted it into a 32-unit apartment complex. She also owns and operates a large short-term rental in Omaha and a small apartment in Fremont.
With the unique combination of her experience as a tenant, business owner (and seller), and investor, Andrea can see unique uses for a property and understand both sides of a transaction and make it a win-win experience for everyone involved.
Andrea is married to her college sweetheart. They have three kids; Xander, Westyn and Sloan. And added a puppy, Mayzee, in 2022.
Angela Bennett joined the PJ Morgan Real Estate team as an experienced property manager with an extensive background in coordinating and managing property maintenance projects. Angela has lived in Omaha for over 15 years and graduated from Bellevue University with a bachelor's degree in business management. Angela's wealth of knowledge and excellent communication skills benefit tenants and property owners in the communities we serve.
Angela strives to use her experience to provide owners and tenants alike with best-in-class customer service. As she continues to grow within the industry, so do her abilities to handle challenges that come her way. Angela is a proud mother of three boys. When she is not working, Angela enjoys spending her time adventuring with her youngest, reading, watching movies and listening to music.

Ashley Kuhn joined PJ Morgan Real Estate as a REALTOR® in 2022. She has spent a significant amount of time in the real estate development and construction world while helping to start one of the largest real estate development companies in Omaha, Nebraska. Ashley serves as the Co-CEO of the Blair Freeman Group, the only 100% woman-owned, 100% black-owned construction and owners' representation company in Nebraska.
She spent 15 years at White Lotus Group, where she became an expert in development and construction processes as well as the operations of their business ventures including construction, medical, hospitality, and logistics. During her time at White Lotus Group, she oversaw over $700m in real estate development, grew the staff from 1 to over 450, and led the acquisition of the majority ownership in a construction company. In August of 2018, with the full support of White Lotus Group, Ashley decided to step down as EVP to co-found Blair Freeman. Blair Freeman was named by combining the two maiden names of the two owners, Maranda Adams (Blair) and Ashley Kuhn (Freeman).
As a child, Ashley's interest in real estate was first sparked when she became fascinated with the differing real estate conditions in her North Omaha Neighborhood. This fascination led her to want a career that could impact the face of real estate in Omaha. She majored in Real Estate, Land Use Economics, and Investment Finance at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and Omaha. After earning her BS, she immediately got to work helping with revitalization efforts in her community. She loves networking and meeting new people and clients.
Ashley believes in giving back through service. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Greater Omaha Chamber (Executive Committee), Lozier Foundation, CREW Metro Omaha (Past President), Union for Contemporary Arts and Omaha Girls Inc (President-Elect). She is a Girls Inc. mentor and a voting member of I Be Black Girl (IBBG).
Ashley is married, and a mother of three: Jayla, Alivia, and Kris II. She also has three adorable dogs, Vader, Vinny, and Vado! In her free time, she enjoys traveling, and participating in outdoor activities including hiking, biking, and camping, is an avid reader, sports fan, and a passionate advocate for women's empowerment.
Audrey Lipari is an Executive Assistant at PJ Morgan Real Estate. Born and raised in Omaha, Audrey attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha for her first two years of school before earning her bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Bellevue University.
Audrey previously worked as an administrative assistant for four years. Her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail quickly made her an integral part of the PJMRE team.
Audrey is the youngest of six siblings and the only girl. She is also the proud owner of a one-year-old golden retriever named Tebow. In her free time, Audrey enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her boyfriend, as well as traveling, binge-watching Netflix shows, and scrolling through real estate listings on Zillow.

Ben Verdoorn joined PJ Morgan Real Estate in 2022 as a commercial accountant. Having watched the impact we made on the 13 th Street neighborhood inspired Ben to join PJ Morgan Real Estate. He wanted to combine his two passions, accounting and enriching the community he loves and lives in.
His meticulous attention to detail mixed with his easy-going personality makes him excellent in his role, and a joy to work with. In school, he received several accolades for his academic achievements. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of South Dakota and his master's degree in Public Administration from Bellevue University.
Ben is originally from North Sioux City, South Dakota. His outgoing and fun personality may be influenced by growing up in a large family. His dad has 15 brothers and sisters! In his free time, he enjoys playing video games, attending concerts, and listening to music from his vinyl record collection.
Billy's Clark's passion for real estate and dedication to helping people through difficult situations make him an asset to the PJ Morgan Real Estate team. He particularly enjoys working with first-time investors and board members, sharing his expertise and knowledge to help others learn about the industry. For Billy, the personal nature of real estate is what makes it so rewarding, and he is proud to be a part of a team that feels like family and the endless possibilities real estate offers.

Bob Lanphier joined PJ Morgan Real Estate in 2009 specializing in commercial sales and leasing, and residential sales. His long-time connection to the community, diverse work experiences and educational background make him a valuable member of the PJ Morgan Real Estate team.
Bob is an Omaha native and worked in the Nebraska telecommunications arena for over thirty-five years, in data systems, product management, and public policy. In 1999, Bob became the Nebraska Director of Public Policy for Qwest Communications, and combined communication skills and marketing expertise to influence and negotiate regulatory, legislative and marketing strategies to assure a market-based approach for telephone, data and cable services in Nebraska.
Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Creighton University and has performed post-graduate work in business at Creighton and Iowa State Universities. He is a 1994 graduate of the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce Leadership Omaha association.
As a commercial and residential sales agent, Bob applies the leadership, marketing and sales abilities he gained from his previous work experience to his day-to-day real estate endeavors. He works to understand each customer's needs and develops a customized marketing strategy based on his knowledge of the current real estate market.
As an active community member, Bob has been involved in coaching youth, mentoring, and has been on multiple boards and committees for education, community, and business/economic development. Bob served as a member of the Douglas County Planning Commission from 2014 to 2020.

Brent Weeks joined PJ Morgan Real Estate as a REALTOR in 2022. He is known for his proven ability to maneuver complex and uncommon contracts. He takes an analytical approach to identify and resolve decision barriers to close the sale.
As an investor in real estate himself, his favorite clientele to work with is owners of single-family rentals. He takes a lot of pride in his own portfolio of investment properties that he has built and uses his own experiences as an investor to level and relate to his clients.
Originally growing up in Nebraska, Brent lived in Texas for over a decade but ultimately returned to be with family and enjoy the warmer seasons of Nebraska. He and his fiancé enjoy flying south to Texas each winter to follow the warm weather! In his free time, Brent enjoys playing outdoor sports, attending music festivals, and CrossFit.

Bruce Smith joined PJ Morgan Real Estate to assist in the development and growth of the PJ Morgan Business Group, a branch specializing in buying and selling businesses. His previous experience as well as his education, knowledge and diverse work experiences make him a valuable team member.
Prior to his time at PJ Morgan Business Group, Bruce specialized in assisting clients in both buying and selling businesses. His customized sales strategies, extensive research and thorough knowledge of each client and business helped Bruce to achieve results to the benefit of his customer.
Before joining the real estate industry, Bruce retired from Dex Media after over 30 years of business to business sales. In this capacity, Bruce managed an account portfolio of over $2.1 million in Yellow Page, White Page and Internet Products. He earned the trust of his customers to help grow their business through print advertising, online advertising and web site development. He worked closely with his customers to analyze their business needs and provide solution based recommendations to help their revenues grow. Customer satisfaction was a priority to retain these customers and later became a priority when applying these skills to his real estate endeavors.

Cara Woosley's multiple roles at PJ Morgan Real Estate are a true testament to her industry acumen and leadership ability. Having joined the company in 2008 as an experienced property manager, leasing agent, and buyer, she has since catapulted to the role of Business Development Director. Along with this leadership role, she continues to carry her own portfolio of commercial and residential management properties and now acts as a REALTOR®, as well.
Clients love Cara's professionalism and upbeat attitude. She strives to make every transaction a positive experience while maintaining focus on what's right for the client - making sure the investment they make today is smart for the long-term as well. She applies the same philosophy to her guidance as a director and leads by example with an incredibly dedicated work ethic.
Cara truly has real estate in her heart - she loves finding and fixing up investment properties and is often found touring open houses in search of new decorating and remodeling ideas. She was proudly born and raised in Omaha and loves living here, alongside her husband and (darling) daughter.
Carla comes from a family of small business owners. Through this, she learned the importance of accountability in property management. She also learned how to recognize smart investment opportunities. Growing up in South Omaha and Bellevue, Carla loved watching her community grow and is excited to now be a part of that growth.
She worked for many years as a High-Risk Case Management and Operation Specialist for OneWorld Community Health Centers. Casey Clark joined PJ Morgan Real Estate in 2022 as a REALTOR®. After being in the property investing and property management field for 5 plus years, Casey knew he wanted to expand his knowledge in the field by obtaining his real estate license. With a passion for investing and helping others, he knew this was the right move for him.
He holds a Bachelor's in Exercise Science from Winona State University with a Minor in Business Administration and a Master's in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. Casey's background in buying his own investment properties has helped him understand the complexities of buying and selling homes, and he is ready to lend his expert advice. His ambitious, goal-oriented personality helps him set his clients up for success in reaching their real estate goals.
Originally from Wisconsin, Casey and his wife Mehgan enjoy calling Omaha home. He is a strength and conditioning coach at Brownell Talbot School. Catelyn Newman made Omaha her home in 2005 and since her arrival, she's lived in six different homes thanks to her passion for real estate. From Aksarben to Benson, and Dundee to The Blackstone District, she's experienced this city on a level most realtors would dream of. Prior to becoming a full-time, licensed Realtor, Catelyn obtained a Master's degree in Psychology and an Education Specialist degree, ultimately spending eight years as a School Psychologist.

Christine Dougherty joined PJ Morgan Real Estate in 2015 as an Administrator in the Property Management department, with the goal of becoming a REALTOR®. Prior to that, she spent 15 years working in the nonprofit sector. In that time, she successfully oversaw multiple complex, federally funded programs while fostering meaningful and trusting relationships with diverse partners and customers. She brings this same passion and skillset to her work in real estate.
Christine's passion for helping others and her meticulous attention to detail is instrumental in her approach to working with clients as a Realtor. Meeting and exceeding her clients' expectations is her priority and she believes there is no greater satisfaction than finding the perfect home for each of her clients.
Christine grew up in Ralston, playing a number of sports including competitive softball. She has lived in the Midtown area for over 15 years and is part of a large, wonderful family spread out all over Omaha, Chicago and Connecticut. Craig joined the PJ Morgan team as a residential and commercial agent in March 2019. He was born and raised in Millard and attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney where he obtained his bachelor's degree in Construction Management. After college, Craig moved to Denver for a year before returning to Omaha, where he decided to make Lincoln his home for two years. Eventually Craig settled down in Omaha where he married and had two little girls, Madisyn and Macy.
Professionally, Craig has worked in construction for 12 years now. He has worked as both a superintendent and project manager for various companies. Craig's project portfolio includes the Brandeis Building Renovation from 2008 - 2010 (which won the Nebraska and National Project of the Year for the Associated Builders and Contractors in 2009), the PE Iler Building in the Old Market (this won the Nebraska Project of the Year for the Associated Builders and Contractors in 2010), Artspace Lofts in Council Bluffs, various Walmart projects in Omaha and Lincoln, various bank remodels and new builds, university remodels, property maintenance projects including parking garage renovations, tuck-pointing, waterproofing, caulking, etc. Craig prides himself in being able to do it all!
His passion for real estate began in college. He took a real estate class at that time and has been dreaming of pursuing a real estate career since then. Last summer, Craig began making his dream a reality and started searching for investment property. After flipping his first house, he decided it was time to get his real estate license. With his background in construction, Craig's expertise is a great benefit for clients in identifying issues with homes or commercial properties, as well as for renovating existing property and developing land.
Craig's hobbies include golfing, spending time with family and friends, sports, collecting baseball cards and memorabilia, watching movies/Netflix, and traveling.
Cydney Franklin is an Omaha native who has spent more than a decade managing community and economic development programs across Omaha. She is the president and CEO of Seventy-Five North Revitalization Corp. A neighborhood-based community-building organization that invests in high-quality, mixed-income housing, education, and health and well-being resources in north Omaha's Highlander neighborhood. Between Cydney's highly authentic nature when it comes to building relationships and her extensive knowledge of the Omaha community, adding the title of real estate agent to her expertise was a natural progression.
She attended the University of Central Missouri, receiving a degree in Corporate Communication, and San Jose State University, where she received a degree in Public Administration and Public Policy. Her education led her to pursue her career in community development, where she is a dedicated leader in the Omaha community and has built an expansive network.
When Cydney's not busy building an impact across the community you can find her spending time with her daughter and adorable dog, Legend. She also loves walking, yoga, sipping coffee or enjoying wine, journaling, and going out to dinner.
Dan Pusch joined PJ Morgan Real Estate in 2015 as a Realtor, and we're lucky to have him! He brings extensive sales experience to the role, and, as an Omaha native and lifelong resident, he's well-acquainted with the city's intricacies. Combining his skills and knowledge with his passion for providing top-notch customer service gives his clients an advantage above the rest.
Dan's real estate experience also extends to residential construction, with a background in HVAC installation, tiling, wood flooring, landscaping and much more. Being a jack-of-all-trades, Dan is able to lend expert insight to buyers and sellers, as he knows homes inside and out.
Dan attended Northwest High School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska - Omaha. He and his wife have two children, and he enjoys fishing, bicycling and working on projects around the house in his free time.
David Potter is an established REALTOR® who joined PJ Morgan Real Estate in 2022. Being Omaha born and raised, he has loved watching the city of Omaha grow into a vibrant, exciting city. Prior to transitioning full-time into real estate David and his wife, Kelly, flipped and renovated a number of homes together. This passion for real estate, combined with the joy he finds in helping others succeed, led him to pursue real estate full time in 2017. With over 250 closed contracts in his first five years, David is one of Omaha's most productive agents.
David joined PJ Morgan Real Estate due to the broad range of services they provide, which he can in turn provide to his clients. The brokerage's motto, "With you for life", encompasses David's personal vision as he works to be an advocate, resource and connector for his clients.
David is a true midtown-er at heart growing up in Benson and spending time living in Aksarben & Elmwood Park. He loves the diversity of our city and all the unique cultures that make up our neighborhoods. David received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Vocal Music Performance and plays multiple instruments!
On top of real estate, David's family and hobbies keep him quite busy. He and Kelly have two children, Ivy and Will, and a dog, Opal. They enjoy trying all types of global cuisine and spending time in the various neighborhoods and parks around Omaha. Most recently David has become a pickleball enthusiast. As a licensed associate broker, Derick Lewin has both the knowledge and experience to best serve his clients and their interests. He specializes in residential sales and commercial sales and leasing. Derick has been in the real estate industry since 2010 when he joined PJ Morgan Real Estate. Now in his 11th year Derick has represented over $100 million in sales. He is extremely active in the Omaha real estate community and was a board member of the Midlands Regional Commercial Information Exchange, an organization that was created with the focus of bringing the Omaha and Lincoln commercial markets together.
Derick continues to expand his network, serving as past President of the Business Networking International Pay It Forward Chapter and by being involved in the Omaha community where he and his wife, Ashley, live. Derick earned his bachelor's degree in real estate and finance from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2012.

Eric's background also includes work in marketing and business development, both locally and nationally. He has extensive experience with research and analysis, which have led him to proudly exceed goals. Eric has a Bachelor's degree from Creighton University, where he was involved in numerous student organizations.
As an Omaha native, Eric knows the city inside and out. He keeps busy cooking, reading, playing volleyball, running and enjoying the company of friends and family!
Eric Riewer is passionate about enriching Nebraska through his work as a REALTOR®. As a native Nebraskan, Eric is proud to play a role in the development of his hometown of Wakefield, NE and other communities in the area. Eric received his business degree from Midland University in Fremont and he has remained engaged in the larger Nebraska community ever since.

Erica joined PJ Morgan Real Estate in March 2019. Her enthusiasm and passion for real estate grew from her previous career in relocation. She came to PJ Morgan Real Estate to explore that passion and knowledge in all things real estate, which was further realized in 2020 when she earned her real estate license.
Erica's eye for detail and her ability to build processes has been an asset to her role as the Property Management Operations Lead.
Erica is a Bellevue native having grown up and lived in the Bellevue/Papillion area her whole life. In her downtime, Erica and her husband keep busy with 2 children who are active in sports and activities. They also enjoy filling their free weekends with home improvement projects, which feeds Erica's love of interior design!
Gemma Simmons joined the PJ Morgan Real Estate team in September of 2020 to expand her knowledge of all things real estate. Gemma is an Omaha native and likes to keep it that way! She loves frequenting small businesses and restaurants in the Metro area to help support her local economy. Gemma's critical thinking skills combined with her optimistic attitude have made her a valuable asset to the team as the Association Property Management Assistant.
Gemma is currently working towards her Bachelor's in Business from the University of Nebraska, Omaha with a concentration in Accounting and Economics. When she's not burying herself in textbooks, Gemma is often found swing dancing to classic 50's tunes at the Eagle's Club downtown and spending time with her large family.

Hailey is a Sales Assistant at PJ Morgan Real Estate. She is currently finishing up her degree in Business Administration at UNO. She is excited to be a part of the PJMRE team, as she plans to pursue her real estate license.
Hannah Porto brought her infectious smile to PJ Morgan Real Estate in 2008, when she began her career in real estate as an intern. Lucky for us, her internship led to a strong interest in the industry and she worked for several years as a Property Managers and continues to work as a REALTOR®.
Hannah has worked her way up in the company and that is evident in her dedication to her work. As a REALTOR®, she has developed a deep understanding of the needs of both buyers and sellers and treats every client as a friend.
Hannah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate and Financing and Banking from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She is an Omaha native who loves the country life (and corgis). She and her husband, Jason, have a small acreage just outside of Fremont.
Hattie McCash is the Operations Director at PJ Morgan Real Estate. Hattie oversees the hiring and recruiting process, annual goal planning, and assuring all company policies and procedures are tracked and followed along with a multitude of other tasks. She has over 20 years of experience in multi-unit leadership roles, operations management, and staff development.
She holds a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Metropolitan State College in Denver. Hattie's adaptable, personable, and compatible nature makes her a great fit for her role here at PJ Morgan Real Estate. These traits also complement her role in becoming a licensed foster parent with her husband!
Hattie and her husband have lived in 8 different states while pursuing their careers. They have enjoyed being back in the Omaha Metro the last few years raising their son closer to family. In her free time, she loves attending professional sporting events and cheering on her son in the little leagues. She also enjoys travel, reading, and watching a good Hallmark movie.
