I have been business manager for Professional Skin & Beauty since February 2004 and I love using both our brands. My skin is enjoying the benefits of using Environ, while I am enjoying seeing the exciting new products/colours with each new season collection from jane iredale. I also love listening to our trainers who are all very passionate about the brands. I have been fortunate to have met a lot of our stockists over the years and have found them all to be very caring people. I look forward to meeting more of you in the years ahead.
I have been working at PSB since February 2008. It is a pleasure to work with products of such high quality and with such lovely people both in the office and stockists. I have worked in administration positions since I left school. As I find the beauty industry very interesting I am enjoying working in marketing and developing material for salons. I have learnt a lot and I am sure I will continue to learn more in the future.
After spending over 20 years as a Beauty Therapist and working with both Environ & jane iredale in salon, becoming part of the PSB team has been a natural progression. Being able to use my knowledge of the beauty industry every day, working with a great team of people and stockists, in an ever changing industry. I joined the team in 2011 going from helping out 2 days a week to now working as Training Administrator Monday to Friday.
I have been with PSB since March 2020. Before starting my role as Office Administrator, I worked for 10 years at a NZ owned shoe company, starting off as a receptionist, before moving to stock control. Being part of the PSB team has been amazing and working with such wonderful people and getting to know the stockists has been great.
I have been working with PSB since November 2015. I have always had an interest in makeup and skincare and love using both jane iredale and Environ products. Within my role of Customer Services I am enjoying talking with our lovely stockists and assisting with orders/queries.
My journey began with PSB as a Territory Manager and Technical Educator for Environ in 2014. Having previously owned my own business, using Environ for over 12 years, and relating to the day to day business challenges including the wearing of many hats, has all lead me to my current role. I thoroughly enjoy working across all departments and getting on the road to visit our loyal stockists during the year.
I previoulsy worked for PSB as the Environ Education Supervisor, and the Auckland, Waikato and Tauranga Terrritory Manager. I have been in our industry for 25 years and I am very passionate about every element of it, from business and team management, to sales and education. In the last 8 years, I have worked with some very inspiring teams, one of which was Sales Manger in the Fitness and Wellness industry. In the most recent position, I had the privilege of working with an amazing team of inspiring managers as Sales and Operations Manager for an iconic and well respected Auckland skincare/salon chain. I am very grateful to have the opportunity to do what I love everyday, to learn and share my knowledge, in such a satisfying and rewarding industry. I look forward to working with you and your team.
