Adam has a passion for orchard construction and loves nothing more than seeing the difference a good shelter or canopy can make to a crop's success. Prior to joining the SABRE horticulture team he was a dairy farmer so his knowledge is invaluable when it comes to any agricultural requirements a client may have. Adam oversees his staff as if they were his family and tackles any problems head on. He is always on hand for advice on best design, material and approach to any project.

Cole worked in the steel construction industry in Australia for ten years before joining the SABRE team. With specialist knowledge in estimating multi story steel buildings he is a valuable asset to the commercial team. Currently completing Level six of his Construction Management and Quantity Surveying qualifications Cole is passionate about managing his projects from start to finish with a meticulous attention to detail.

Colin has vast experience in residential and light commercial construction.
Whilst creating start up businesses in the industry and also managing and operating his own construction company he gained invaluable experience across a wide field including management, business development, brand development and business culture and wellbeing.
Colin works alongside consultants and councils to achieve the required outcomes. Since joining the SABRE team he is using his experience and knowledge to grow the business.
Dean brings a wealth of knowledge to the civil team with over twenty years experience in construction, earthworks, drainage and roading.
Dean is a Health and Safety ambassador on site and well respected amongst all he works with. Specialising in motivating co-workers to achieve optimal productivity whilst retaining the highest of safety standards Dean is an asset to the SABRE team.

Jacob is a construction sector professional with over ten years experience and proven expertise in environmental management.
Having worked his way up from Labourer to Machine Operator, Foreman, Supervisor and then Project Manager he has a very practical approach to overseeing his projects. With a passion for health and safety onsite, his leadership ensures that teams and projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Jan leads SABRE Civil and Earthworks. He's passionate about project quality and reliability and firmly believes his people are the source of SABRE'S strength. Fostering a team orientated approach, he leads an enthusiastic crew. Jan's career started in rural contracting and horticultural developments before he moved to Australia to work in the mining sector in Western Australia and Queensland. SABRE's clients now directly benefit from his experience in large construction projects offshore. His wide range of skills and expertise are an asset when translated to New Zealand's evolving landscape.

Milan is a collaborative and versatile team player with great attention to detail. After completing a Bachelor of Construction Management he has progressed into quantity surveying which is the area he chose to specialise in.

Piet is a Licenced Building Practitioner and has built everything from architecturally designed homes to concrete bridges being involved in large-scale residential and commercial projects nationwide. Because of his time on the tools, Piet has the ability to evaluate and value engineer plans from a very practical viewpoint. His attention to detail enables him to intercept any possible issues before they arise. With a passion for innovative design in medium to high density housing interest in using modular materials to create modern living spaces. Piets' easy-going and open communication style of business ensure happy clients and repeat business.

After completing a diploma in quantity surveying, Rosina has specialised in quantity surveying commercial projects of up to $13m for various sectors including retirement, health, energy and FMCG. In particular, over the last five years, she has worked on projects for the Countdown supermarket chain ranging from seismic upgrades to new builds. Rosina has a collaborative approach to any project with an eye for detail and accuracy and as such she is an asset to the SABRE team.
Tangata has a vast array of experience in the earthworks and civil engineering industry. He started working on-site from a very young age and thus gained invaluable knowledge and experience. With this base of practical hands on experience he then progressed into a career in quantity surveying. Tangata is very punctual and systematic in his work which is reflected in his care to detail across all projects. He has a keen interest in Health and Safety compliance which is of huge benefit to the teams on site

Toni brings a wealth of experience to the team with extensive experience in the position of lead Quantity Surveyor across many large-scale projects both in the Bay of Plenty and the Waikato regions.
