Shearwater Construction Ltd is a New Zealand company incorporated May 2012. It formalises a building partnership of over 20 years between Ian Mickell and Steve Griffin, who are directors of the company... Often clients and their families choose to reside at the property during renovation works. This can be a challenge for both parties with noise, dust, vehicle access, safety, and services interruptions as examples of issues to be managed. We believe in minimising/avoiding these effects so as not to compromise the flow and routine of families' busy schedules and for Shearwater Construction to be as unobtrusive as possible... At Shearwater Construction we pride ourselves on the interpersonal relationship we have formed with clients during the construction process.
