In 2016, South Street Partners formed Southeast Land Management to oversee a 19,000 acre land portfolio. The portfolio consists of 39 separate properties located in desirable markets throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas. SSP Southeast Land Management is actively seeking to maximize value for existing investors through marketing the properties to homebuilders, developers, and other real estate investors.
