Angela provides administrative assistance to attorneys in the US Legal Department.
She joined the Group in 2023 as member of the legal team in the Philadelphia office after holding legal assistant positions for over 20 years.
David is a Partner of Peter Rosenberg & Partners LLC. He assists individuals and families regarding United States tax planning, closely-held business succession planning, and planned charitable giving. David is a practicing attorney, focusing on U.S and international tax planning, administration and compliance.
David joined Peter Rosenberg & Partners LLC in 2016 after practicing law at Morgan Lewis LLP, Duane Morris LLP and a regional estate and tax planning firm. Before practicing law David held positions in sales and operations management for an international consumer-product company and served as an active-duty infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps from 1989 to 1993. He holds a J.D. from the Temple University School of Law (2001), an M.B.A. from the Temple University School of Business (1997), and a B.S. from the University of Maryland (1989). David is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Jeffrey is a Director and US Head of Tax Compliance and Client Reporting. He assists families and other private clients in U.S. tax planning and related compliance issues with an emphasis on cross border taxation and compliance. He assists his attorney colleagues in the tax and financial planning portion of the advice they provide. He also oversees the management of various client investment structures.
Jeffrey joined the Group in 2011 after several years working for a U.S. based private multi-client Family Office. Prior to this he spent several years in public accounting serving private clients. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Josh is an Attorney Manager at Peter Rosenberg & Partners LLC and an Associate Director at Stonehage Fleming. He assists individuals and families regarding United States tax planning, closely held business succession planning, intergenerational wealth transfers, planned charitable giving, and tax controversy representation. Josh is a practicing attorney, focusing on the U.S. and international tax planning, compliance and administration.
Prior to joining Peter Rosenberg & Partners LLC, Josh practiced law at Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads LLP. Before practicing law, Josh was an accomplished journalist, serving as senior editorial director of a regional publishing firm and editor-in-chief of several publications.
Josh is a 2021 graduate of Temple University's Beasley School of Law (LL.M. Taxation), a 2019 cum laude graduate of Temple University's Beasley School of Law (J.D.), and a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (B.A., Political Science). He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Florida and the United States Tax Court. Josh is a Trusts and Estates Practitioner as recognized by STEP, and a member of several bar associations, including the Tax Section of the American Bar Association.
Ken is an Associate Attorney at Peter Rosenberg & Partners LLC. He assists individuals and families regarding United States tax planning, closely held business succession planning, intergenerational wealth transfers, and estate and trust administration. Ken is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining Peter Rosenberg & Partners LLC, Ken practiced law at Gadsden, Schneider & Woodward LLP, and clerked at the Orphans Court Division of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania in law school. Before practicing law, he was a university instructor in Illinois and Pennsylvania.
Ken is a 2019 cum laude graduate of Temple University's Beasley School of Law (J.D.). He received a Ph.D. and an M.A. in Philosophy from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a B.A. with honors from Swarthmore College. He is a member of several bar associations.
Kristen is an Associate Attorney at Peter Rosenberg & Partners LLC. She assists individuals and families regarding United States and international tax planning, closely held business succession planning, intergenerational wealth transfers, and estate and trust administration.
Prior to joining Peter Rosenberg & Partners in 2024, Kristen was a Vice President and trust manager at Wells Fargo, where she spent almost ten years. At Wells Fargo she served as a trust officer and then managed a team of trust officers responsible for administration of a large number of personal trust accounts. Prior to that, Kristen practiced law at a firm in Philadelphia, where she represented clients in family law matters.
She graduated magna cum laude from Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2012 (J.D.) and summa cum laude from Tufts University in 2008 (B.A.). Kristen is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is a member of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council.
Maureen provides legal administrative assistance to the Head of US Legal department.
Maureen joined the Group in 2018 as member of the legal team in the Philadelphia office after holding similar legal administrative positions over the last 35 years.

Peter is a practicing attorney, focusing on the U.S and international tax planning, compliance and administration.
Peter is a 1996 graduate of Villanova University School of Law (LL.M. Tax), a 1993 graduate of Temple University School of Law and a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. Peter is admitted to practice in New York, Pennsylvania and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Prior to establishing Peter Rosenberg & Partners LLC and Stonehage Fleming US LLC, Peter was a partner in the Philadelphia law firms Cozen O'Connor and Duane Morris, LLP.
