Dr. Audrey Quadros, an aluminous of Goa medical college. Dr Audrey completed her MS Ophthalmology in 2005. She won the Gold medal in ophthalmology during her batch. She regularly performs Lid surgeries, Lacrimal (tear sac) surgeries like DCR, DCT, surgeries on the orbit and socket surgeries at Vision Care.
She also does blepharoplasty surgeries, botox and fillers. Recostructive socket surgeries and Artificial eyes (prosthesis) are also done for patients who have lost their eyes due to any cause..

Dr. Joaquim Proenca M.D. (Medicine) has more than 12 years of Clinical Practice post his masters degree. He has worked as a Senior resident in Medicine and Neurology at GMC following which he also worked as a consultant clinical Neurophysiologist in the department of Neurology at GMC. On Internal Medicine his areas of interest are Diabetes, Adult Neurology and Rheumatology.
Dr. Patel completed his MS (Gen Surgery) from MGM Medical College - Indore in the year 1992, after which he went on to pursue his MCh - Plastic Surgery from Govt. Medical College - Nagpur.
Dr. Patel started his career as a Clinical assistant in the year 1992-1993 at Choitram Hospital, Indore & then served as a surgical registrar in Cumballa Hill Hospital Mumbai for a year. After pursuing his MCh in Plastic Surgery he worked as a Clinical Assistant at Bombay Hospital for a year and refined as expertise in cosmetic and micro vascular surgery. He also underwent observer post at Tata Memorial Hospital for reconstructive breast surgery. Later on worked as Consultant: Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery, for a span of about 15 years at various institutes of repute across India such as Apollo Hospital and Wockhardt Hospital (Goa).
Dr. Manish Patel has got proven track record of successfully performing more than 3000 Aesthetic and plastic surgeries like cosmetic breast surgery, body contouring, liposuction abdomen, thighs & hips, male breast (gynaecomastia), eye lid surgery and rhinoplasty. Dr Patel has mastered the technique of computer imaging to plan out facial cosmetic surgery. Dr Manish has a flair for keeping himself abreast with advances in technology which can be seen in his laser work techniques like Diode Hair Epilation, intense pulse light and Q switch laser for vascular lesions. He has presented his work at various national platforms and many presentations and publications at various index journals.
Dr. Manish Patel has worked for over 7 years in Goa, and has made a mark in Medical Tourism for Cosmetic Surgery. He has to his credit successful subspecially surgeries done for the 1st time in Goa like replantation of fingers & thumb (micro vascular surgeries, complicated facial fractures and facial reconstruction), maxillofacial surgeries, various reconstructive procedures for General Plastic Surgery & burns.
Dr. Pawan Rane completed M.B.B.S. from Goa Medical College, Bambolim under Goa University, Goa 2006. He then did an Observership in Head Neck Oncology Services in Tata Memorial Hospital which was followed by Fellowship in Head Neck Oncology in Tata Memorial Hospital. Subsequently Dr. Rane completed a short observership in PD Hinduja Hospital under Dr. Milind Kirtane.
Dr. Rane received training in the prestigious Tata Memorial Cancer Hospital in the field of head neck oncology. He is adequately trained in the management of cancers of the head and neck and has been a part of more than 300 cancer surgeries. Competent in cancer surgeries like oral cavity composite resections, total laryngectomy, total and partial maxillectomy, superficial and total parotidectomy, selective modified and radical neck dissections, he independently performs reconstructive procedures like pectoralis major myocutaneous flap, pectoralis major myofascial flap, deltopectoral flap, and forehead flap, cervicodeltopectoral flap, Nasolabial flap, tongue and masseter flap. He has received training in operating cancers of the thyroid, and ear and is conversant with total and partial thyroidectomy, and lateral and subtotal temporal bone dissection.
He also performs various Otological procedures like Myringoplasty, Tympanoplasty, Mastoido-Tympanoplasties, Myringotomy and Grommet Insertion, Facial nerve decompression, foreign body removals.
He has assisted and performed nasal and sinus procedures like Septoplasty, Rhinoplasty, Caldwel-Luc's procedure, Reduction of fracture of the Nasal Bones, Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery and removal of foreign body from nasal cavity.
He is conversant in laryngological and throat procedures like Adenotonsillectomy, Direct laryngoscopy, Microlaryngoscopy, Laser Excisions, fiber optic laryngoscopy, rigid oesopahagoscopy, rigid and fiber optic bronchoscopy. He has performed numerous paediatric and adult tracheostomies.
Dr. Ryan Pereira after completing his M.B.B.S from Goa Medical College completed his D. Ortho from Father Muller Medical College Mangalore one of the premier institutes. He then completed his M.Ch (Ortho) from the American Institute of Medicine. Beside he has also completed his Zimmer Fellowship in Arthroplasty from the Department of Orthop aedics, Goa Medical College.
Dr. Ryan Pereira, has specialized in, and has extensive experience in, Orthopaedic Trauma (Fractures) Cervical / Lumbar Spondylosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Spine surgeries, Sports Injuries, Total knee Replacement, Total Hip Replacement etc.
Dr. Ryan Pereira brings, with him a rich experience of over fifteen years in Orthop aedics from Goa Medical College, and Father Muller Medical College Mangalore.
Dr. Ryan Pereira, will be available for consultation at Vision Hospital from Monday to Friday between 3.00 P.M. - 6.00 P.M.
Dr Sachin Narvekar is an Obstetrician & Gynaecologist, an alumni of Goa Medical College.
After completing his post graduation he underwent sub specialty training in Infertility management and IVF at Bangalore. After completing his fellowship training he worked as a consultant in IVF at Bangalore. He has published a number of research papers in this field.He also has keen interest in Gynecological endoscopy.
Dr Bandokar after having completed his MBBS in Goa Medical College went to the prestigious KEM hospital in Pune for postgraduate training in general surgery. KEM hospital offered the most comprehensive surgical training program with special training in plastic surgery, paediatric surgery, urology, neurosurgery, oncosurgery. During the last six months of his surgical training in KEM Dr Bandodkar worked as a chief resident.
Dr Bandodkar started his private practice in 2000 and has been in private practice since then.
He has done exhaustive work in management of diabetic foot, with advance wound care and foot reconstructions.

Dr. Supriya Shetye completed her BDS in 2007 and MDS in 2016 from the prestigious KLE'S V.K Institute of dental science Belgaum Karnataka. She gained her insights into oral and maxillofacial implantology after two years of rigorous training.
