WORD-WIRES

Phonetically controlled stories follow our unique, linguistic based phonetic scope and sequence which is informed by the science of reading. Our goal is to provide young readers with books they can enjoy while developing their skills at reading phonetic words and high frequency sight words... We designed the books to track with the structured, explicit phonetic scope and sequence of the IMSLEC accredited Wired for Reading program and the Word-Wires classroom program, though they can be used in conjunction with any Orton-Gillingham based program. Teachers can determine entry points using Wired for Reading and Word-Wires benchmark assessments.
