Caroline Green

One of the early members of the team, Caroline has worked at the practice since it's inception in 2008, making her knowledge of running Allergy London enviable! With the prime focus of looking after the finances, Caroline takes care of all the invoicing and payments as well as liaising with the insurance companies. When not looking after the paperwork at Allergy London, Caroline enjoys spending time with her children and travelling.

Claire Fisher

Claire joined the team in 2013 and, working in partnership with Caroline Green, is the Practice Manager and is responsible for the day to day running of the practice.

Dr Adam Fox

Professors Fox and Till are committed to research and pioneering understanding and treatment in the area of allergy. This is embodied by the practice which prides itself in delivering the best care to allergy sufferers using cutting edge techniques and a holistic approach to ensure patients have the highest chances possible of leading normal allergy free lives.

Dr David Mass

Dr David Mass is a GP with a specialist interest in allergy and has been working with Dr Fox treating patients at the allergy clinic since 2010. Dr Mass also works in a busy London NHS practice and is a GP trainer, appraiser and runs his own private practice. Dr Mass completed the Postgraduate Diploma of Allergy at Southampton University in 2010 and has developed specific interests in Sub-Lingual Immunotherapy, ENT and Dermatology during this. He applies these clinical skills with a wide variety of allergy patients in his day-to-day practice. He is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners and the British Society for Allergy and Clinical Immunology. Dr Mass has publications related to the ACT campaign - an awareness campaign for cow's milk protein allergy.

Dr Mei Mei Till

Dr Mei Mei Till graduated from University College London in 2003. She has been working as a GP since 2009. She became a GP partner at Bounds Green Group Practice in 2015 and is dedicated to postgraduate training as well as being on the Pan Federation board in Haringey. She has recently completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Allergy at Imperial College London and has a honorary contract at Guys and St Thomas'. She is married with two children. In her spare time, she enjoys running, martial arts, painting and teaching at sunday school. Qualifications MBBS BSc MRCGP DRCOG DFRSH DGM PGCert (Allergy)

Dr Olympia Tsilochristou

Dr Olympia Tsilochristou has now started her own private practice and can be reached via info@myallergyclinic.uk Olympia has over 10 years of experience in Allergy and is a Consultant Allergist at the UK's largest Department of Allergy at Guy's and St Thomas' Foundation Trust in London. Olympia qualified in medicine in 2005 and completed higher specialist training in Allergy in 2014. She undertook her PhD on allergic rhinitis with a particular focus on local allergic rhinitis which is a form of allergic rhinitis that may be underdiagnosed because of the negative skin prick and blood tests to respiratory allergens. Upon completion of her specialist training in Allergy, Olympia spent 1 year working as a researcher in molecular Allergology at Charite University in Berlin, Germany and subsequently joined the research teams led by Professors Lack, du Toit and Till at King's College London where she investigated the links between food allergy and eczema and participated in clinical trials on peanut oral immunotherapy and a preclinical trial looking into vaccines against peanut, egg and milk allergy. Her research work is published in leading peer-reviewed Allergy journals. Olympia has co-authored the European Guidelines on Allergen Immunotherapy for Allergic Rhinitis amongst other and has expertise in allergic rhinitis, local allergic rhinitis and allergen immunotherapy for allergic rhinitis. In addition to her research background, Olympia's expertise in food allergy is enhanced by her NHS experience as she is one of the two clinicians doing the Food Allergy Clinic at Guy's Hospital where she reviews teenagers (16 years old and above) and adults with food allergies including those who suffer with eczema with a view of identifying potential food triggers for their eczema. She also reviews numerous patients with urticaria and hypersensitivity reactions to drugs. Olympia has a passion for best practice in Allergy and is the Quality Improvement and Audit Lead for Allergy at Guy's and St Thomas' Foundation Trust. She is also keen on the optimization of the curriculum of the Allergy specialty training and belongs to the very small group of experts across Europe who defined the European Training requirements for the specialty. She has served as an invited Faculty member in international European, American and Mexican annual congresses and has sat for years on the Executive Committee of the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology. In her spare time Olympia never misses out on swimming and is a keen cooker influenced by her Greek roots.

Karen Pett

A registered children's nurse since 1990. Karen currently works as a Clinical Nurse Specialist and nurse prescriber in Paediatric Dermatology at West Hertfordshire NHS Trust. Karen has helped to establish the Nurse led eczema clinics for children and over the last 12 years has developed the service within West Hertfordshire. Chair of the Paediatric subgroup of the British Dermatological Nursing Group for the UK. Areas of special interest include children's eczema and teenage acne.

Rachel De Boer

Rachel completed a degree in Clinical Biochemistry in 2000 and went onto qualify as a Dietitian in 2003. She has worked as a Dietitian since 2003, focusing on Paediatric Allergy since 2009. She currently works within the NHS as a highly specialist Paediatric Allergy Dietitian in the Children's Allergy service at St Thomas' Hospital and runs her own private Dietetics practice in central and north London. She specialises in the diagnosis and management of infants and children with food allergy and intolerance, offering practical, personalised dietary advice and support to parents and children. She is a committee member of the Food Allergy and Intolerance Group of the British Dietetics Association and is on the Executive committee of the KCL Allergy Academy.

Rachel Marcus

Rachel started typing the clinic letters for our doctors some years ago and more recently started to work alongside Caroline and Claire, helping with the general day to day running of the office. When not working, she enjoys reading, going out to eat and spending time with her husband, girls and walking their dog.

Victoria Timms

Victoria qualified as a Paediatric Nurse in 2003 after completing her nurse training at The University of Leeds. Following this Victoria worked at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children on a busy general surgical unit and Paediatric Intensive Care Unit. Before specialising in Paediatric Allergy, Victoria gained experience of working as a School Health Advisor, Nurse Counsellor and Sales Account Manager. Victoria began working in Paediatric Allergy in 2010 when she was a Research Nurse and continued to do so as a Research Sister. In these roles she supported Allergy Research Studies at The Evelina London Children's Hospital. Victoria joined the Children's Allergy and Dermatology Service at The Evelina London Children's Hospital in 2012 as a Deputy Clinical Nurse Specialist being the lead nurse for clinical trial studies (GAP, PRESTO and ASSIGN), the Yellow Fever Vaccination Service for children with egg allergy and the lead nurse for supporting the Nurse Consultant and Clinical Nurse specialists in the provision and delivery of the sublingual and subcutaneous immunotherapy service. Within the three years Victoria was a Deputy Clinical Nurse Specialist, she managed and supervised food and drug challenges, the Allergy and Dermatology Outpatients department, junior staff and nursing students; performed skin prick testing, spirometry, exhaled nitrous oxide testing and administered vaccinations, subcutaneous and sublingual immunotherapy. In 2015 Victoria joined the Children's Allergy Research Unit at The Evelina London Children's Hospital as a Clinical Research Sister to amalgamate her allergy and research experience. In her 3 years within the Allergy Research Unit Victoria had the experience of supporting the Palisade and ARTEMIS oral immunotherapy for peanut studies, she was the Lead/Joint Lead Nurse for the management and provision of a variety of allergy research studies, was one of the Clinical Research Sisters who was responsible for the day to day management and supervision of clinical activity on the unit, managed and supported junior staff and nursing students, and supported recruitment and retention of children and their families who participated in allergy research studies. In 2018 Victoria rejoined the Children's Allergy Service at The Evelina London Children's Hospital as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Paediatric Allergy before moving full time to support, as a Clinical Nurse Specialist, leading private allergy clinics in London seeing patients from around the world. Victoria has worked within Professor Adam Fox's private practice Allergy London since 2013 and was the Lead Nurse for The Food Allergy Immunotherapy Centre assisting in opening the PALFORZIA peanut desensitisation service at Great Ormond Street Hospital in 2021. Victoria has been nominated for The DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses and an Allergy UK Hero Award in the Health Care Professional Category.
