Annabelle is responsible for delivering business plans for each asset in the MF&P UK office portfolio. She manages all day to day aspects, ranging from lease negotiations, overseeing rent collection/services charges, rent reviews and dilapidations as well as the refurbishment and/or redevelopment of assets from acquisition through to disposal. Annabelle has a wide agency network.

Hugh J Freund

Hugh is a Non-Executive Director of Western Heritable and sits on the Advisory Board of Mactaggart Family & Partners. He has more than 40 years of experience representing individuals in their business, personal, investment, estate planning, real estate and fiduciary matters. He also has a considerable art law practice that includes the representation of private and public art galleries, dealers in both the primary and secondary art markets, visual artists (both painters and sculptors) and collectors. He also has advised commercial real estate developers with respect to agreements for large-scale indoor and outdoor sculpture commissions. Hugh's broad-based real estate practice includes advising and representing prominent owners, developers and investors in sales, acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, real estate partnerships, development projects, syndications and conversion of properties to co-operative, condominium and homeowner association ownership forms. Hugh is currently a member of the Board of Overseers of The Hood Museum of Art at Dartmouth College, a Trustee of The Alliance for Young Artists & Writers, Inc. and an Honorary Trustee of The Parrish Art Museum. New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg appointed Hugh as a Director of the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation and he, also at Mayor Bloomberg's request, served as a Commissioner of The Art Commission of the City of New York through October 2006.

Ivaylo Ninov

Ivaylo is US CEO of Western Heritable and sits on the Investment Committee of Mactaggart Family & Partners. He is responsible for all aspects of investment underwriting, financial reporting, tax compliance and investor relations and fundraising. He also oversees the accounting department and is the primary liaison with lenders, lawyers and other specialised service providers. Prior to his position at Western Heritable, Ivaylo served as the CFO of a prominent Manhattan-based real estate investment company, specialising in the multi-family rental market. Prior to that, he was the Controller of an advisory and management real estate firm. Ivaylo holds a BS in Finance (Cum Laude) from Adelphi University, where he is a former Trustee and member of the Endowment Investments committee. He is a Director of The Health Navigator Foundation and Kulen Outreach.

Kenneth Wentworth - EVP

Kenneth is the Executive Vice President of Western Heritable in the US. Kenneth has been in real estate in New York for over 30 years and has managed over one million square feet, both residential and commercial. His responsibilities include managing Western Heritable's physical assets, leasing (retail, commercial, residential) and personnel in the US. Kenneth was a former Director of BOMA (Building Owners Management Association of Greater New York, Inc.) and a former Treasurer. Kenneth holds a BS in Political Science from Central Connecticut University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of New York.

Kevin Sahraie - CFO

Kevin is the US CFO of Mactaggart Family and Partners. Prior to his position at Mactaggart Family and Partners, Kevin was an AVP at Blackstone managing investment transactions through the close and sale process. Before that, he was the Controller of Newlight Partners and Lead Edge Capital specializing in finance, accounting and fund operations in private equity. Kevin has a B.S. in Economics from Pennsylvania State University and a M.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University.

Philip Mactaggart

Philip is the Vice Chair of Western Heritable and sits on the Investment Committee of Mactaggart Family & Partners. He has worked in the commercial and residential real estate development, investment and management business in New York for over 40 years. He is responsible for acquisitions and disposals, development activity, financing and directing the daily operations of Western Heritable in the US. He is the Co-Founder of Kulen Outreach schools in Cambodia, a past Board member KIPP NYC schools, the Eagle Hill School and invented the Tomato War Fundraiser. Philip holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Robert Peto

Robert is a Non-Executive Director of Western Heritable and sits on the Advisory Board of Mactaggart Family & Partners. He is also Non-Executive Chairman of Resident Hotels, part of the Mactaggart group of companies. He has extensive experience in asset allocation, investment strategy and investment management, being former Chairman of DTZ Investment Management (which he founded in 1993), former Chairman of DTZ UK and current Non-Executive Chairman of GCP Student Living plc and Standard Life Property Income Trust Limited. Robert also chairs a number of Investment Committees for property funds. He was Global President of RICS in 2010/11, a member of the Bank of England Property Advisory Group from 2007 to 2011 and Surveyor to the Worshipful Company of Armourers and Brasiers from 1997 to 2016. Robert holds a degree in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).

He has extensive experience of real estate development, investment and finance, being former Chairman of MEPC, former CEO of Hermes Fund Managers, former Director of Argent, current Chairman of First Base, current Chairman of Milligan and current Managing Partner of Lipton Rogers Development. Rupert has also held many industry leadership roles, including being President of the British Property Federation, Chairman of the Investment Property Forum and Director of IPD. Rupert has a BSc (Hons) in Engineering Science and Management from Durham University.

Sir John Mactaggart - Chairman

Sir John is the Chairman of Western Heritable and sits on the Investment Committee of Mactaggart Family & Partners. He has worked in the commercial and residential real estate development, investment and management business in London and New York for over 50 years. Sir John was a member of Trinity College Cambridge's Investment Committee 1990-2015, and served on the BPF's Commercial Property and Residential Large Landlords committees. He has been a director and chairman of Grove End Housing since 1988 and, with his sister the Rt Hon. Fiona Mactaggart MP, founded the housing research charity Commonweal. In 1972 Sir John co-founded Central & City Properties, in partnership with David King, and over the next 20 years they developed more than 30 commercial buildings in the City and the West End of London. Sir John holds a MA (Hons) in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge. Jack is an Investment and Development Manager at Mactaggart Family & Partners. He is a Non-Executive Director of Western Heritable and sits on the Advisory Board of Mactaggart Family & Partners. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Resident Hotels, part of the Mactaggart group of companies. He is a Chartered Surveyor, with a focus on Central London Commercial Investment. Jack has experience in providing transactional advice on the disposal and acquisition of UK property, asset management and development consultancy across a range of Institutional, Propco and UHNW clients. He is currently Chair of the Board of Commonweal Housing, an action learning charity working to investigate, test and share housing solutions to social injustice. He is a previous Ambassador for LandAid and is a Trustee of the Islay & Jura Community Enterprise Trust. Jack holds an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading, is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and holds a Politics and International Relations Degree from the University of Manchester. He has completed Executive Education programmes with the University of Oxford Saïd Business School and the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.

William is the Financial Director and Company Secretary of Western Heritable and Mactaggart Family & Partners, with overall responsibility for the Mactaggart group finance function. Prior to his positon at Western Heritable, William was head of finance for a leading ultra high-net-worth family office. Before that he worked in the finance team for AstraZeneca and in the audit and transaction services team at PwC. William has a BSc (Hons) in Geography from the University of Bristol and qualified as an accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) in 2007.

William Laxton

William is London CEO of Western Heritable, a Director of Resident Hotels and sits on the Investment Committee of Mactaggart Family & Partners. He is a real estate professional with experience executing buy and sell side transactions, capital raises (debt and equity) for development and investment, JV structuring and the establishment and execution of value recovery and divestment strategies. He is responsible for investment and development transaction origination, underwriting, structuring and capital raising in the UK, with a particular focus on city centre offices and hotels. Prior to his position at Western Heritable, William was a Vice President in a Real Estate Corporate Finance boutique focusing on residential and hospitality transactions in the UK and US. Prior to that, he was working at a "Big Four" accountancy firm in its Real Estate Corporate Finance team. William holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature from the University of Birmingham, an MSc in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University, is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and is a Financial Conduct Authority Approved Person - holding the Chartered Financial Analyst UK Investment Management Certificate. William holds the Freedom of the City of London and is a Liveryman of The Grocers' Company, where he is a member of the Property Sub Committee. Through the Grocers' Company, William sits on the Board of Governors of a London school and supports the charitable donation activity of The Grocers, with a focus on education.

Wint Moe

Wint is the Accounting Manager of Western Heritable in the US. She has been in the Real Estate Industry for over 21 years. Before joining Western Heritable, Wint was with SL Green Realty Corp., where she was a Property Analyst focussing on accounting, forecasting and budgeting, as well as the preparation of due diligence and JV management reports for portfolios of commercial, retail and residential properties. Prior to SLG, Wint was the Property Controller at Macklowe Management Inc. and Sterling Equities. Wint is a graduate of Queens College with a BS degree in Accounting & Information Systems.
