Alice is a very experienced recruiter and a Managing Consultant for the IT Recruitment division. Alice has built up some brilliant relationships with many high profile companies and is a leading authority in the competitive IT market.
Becky is a highly driven and experienced Managing Consultant. She recruits for the Service Engineering sector and specialises in supplying experienced and qualified Building Services Engineers UK wide for some high profile clients and household names. Becky has an excellent understanding of this sector and has built up some very strong relationship with our customers.
Chantal works on the engineering team specialising in recruiting for Commercial Gas & Refrigeration Engineers across the UK. Chantal has worked in engineering recruitment for 7 years and has a great knowledge of the industry. In her spare time she enjoys baking and playing the play station.
Darren is a very personable comes from an experienced Estate Agency and Recruitment background and is based in our Birmingham office. He is part of our Engineering and FM team and loves to cook, if he's not cooking then he's spending time with his family and most possibly shopping.
Emma is based at our East Midlands Office and is an experienced Managing Consultant in the IT Sector. Her in-depth understanding the recruitment industry is outstanding. Emma is a super organised and efficient individual who can always be relied upon in times of need. In her spare time she is learning how to wakeboard.
Fern previously worked as a Recruitment Resourcer for one of the well know high-street agencies. She is a member of the Service Engineering Recruitment team. Outside of work Fern is a Mum to two daughters. When she is not looking after her young family, she likes going to the gym, boxing or doing anything active. She also has pink hair!

Harry is a Director and co-founder of CV Bay. Harry has 20 years recruitment experience and is responsible for growing and retaining our customer base. Harry's larger than life personality ensures our customers feel welcomed and valued.
Jennie is based at our East Midlands Office and is an experienced Sales Professional working with some of largest companies in the UK. She is a very personable and helpful individual with an excellent track record of delivering high levels of customer service. When she is not a work Jennie enjoys spending time with her family and walking her dog.
Jon is our Operations Director a co-founder of CV Bay. Jon has 20 years experience within the recruitment industry and is responsible for managing CV Bay's Finances as well as the day to day running of all back office functions. Jon's expertise ensures all our customers have a positive and professional experience.
Katie is part of the Service Engineering team and came to us from an industrial/commercial recruitment background. She is very musical and enjoys singing and playing the piano. In her spare time she enjoys travelling, baking and dress making. Katie is also fluent in Turkish!
Lauren works for the East Midlands IT Recruitment Team and comes from an Account Management background where she worked for a well known cosmetics brand for 16 years.
Here she was the lead consultant in her field which is down to her excellent customer service skills and her strong work ethic. She's a mum of 3 girls, and this fills most of her spare time.
Sam is our Sales Director and co-founder of CV Bay and is now based at the East Midlands Office. She has 20 years recruitment experience and started her career in one of the UK's largest corporates as a graduate. Sam brings this knowledge to this business and ensures the teams are skilled, motivated and able to deliver to our customers' needs at the highest possible levels.
Sarah has worked in the Recruitment Industry for nearly 20 years and is part of our Service Engineering Team. She is bilingual in Italian, and a mum of twins. In her spare time, she loves cooking and travelling.
Will works as a Major Accounts Lead. He manages our high profile customer and has an in depth understanding of this niche sector. His consistency has enabled CV Bay to retain its status as a top supplier to one of the world's highest profile tech companies.
