Antonia graduated in Business Administration from the University of Veliko Tarnovo. She builds her professional experience as a procurator in an international company for the construction of metal structures where she was responsible for organizing the work processes of various projects in Germany, England, and Sweden. She has extensive experience in building and practical implementation of multiple management systems for planning, control, and reporting. In the implementation of the projects, she manages to skillfully find a common language with the management team of the client company and through her daily hard work serves as an example for them. In this way, she gradually and professionally transmits the management methodology of 3P Consulting to the client's management team. Long after the projects were completed, clients continue to communicate and seek advice from Antonia, still accepting her as an integral part of their team.

Kircho is an engineer and has entered the management of large infrastructure projects in Bulgaria. He has considerable experience in management consulting, as well as in the designing and implementation of management systems, working over many projects in various industries with established market partners. There is no case for Kircho that he does not analyze precisely to the last detail and find an adequate and practically applicable solution, more importantly, he has unique communication skills and convincing arguments so that the solution becomes workable in practice.
Radostin graduated in Finance and Philosophy, respectively from University of National and World Economy and Sofia University. He worked 7 years for a leading French management consulting company and has led successfully many projects in Bulgaria as well as in Greece, Russia, Romania, and Macedonia. In 2014 he established 3P Consulting and has been the main engine of every project of the company so far. Radostin is an ex-professional trampoline athlete. He is World and European champion. He and his wife have three children.
